Look at this food and judge for yourself if it looks authentic and appetizing. It isn’t! I could get more flavor from Jack in the Box’s monster tacos. Everything was a total disappointment. You know how bad it was? Their sopasillas were tough and chewy, not light, airy and crispy as they ought to be. How can you mess up fried dough with cinnamon and sugar?! Their consome was watery and flavorless, not rich and robust. This is by far the worst meal I’ve had in Vegas in years and I eat out almost everyday. I will never recommend this place to anyone and I’ll never give them a second chance and I like to support small business. That’s how awful my meal was.

The food was bland and not flavorful. I’m not very picky about restaurant food. I will not, however, be back. My husband’s food was rubbery and not appetizing.
We tell anyone we know not to eat there. We had friends that went there as well and were not impressed. They said the one at Santa Fe is way better. I have to agree as I did eat there a couple of times.

Yesterday I had the unpleasant experience of visiting Leticia’s inside of Boulder Station casino. I called and was told I needed a reservation. When I arrived it was empty and while I was dining the patrons never came. I did notice a plate full of food being returned from the couple in the next booth (that should have been my que to leave). My server was Josue. He started us out with these amazing tortilla chips, salsa and refried bean dips. If that’s what you were interested in, this would be the grand prize, jackpot! Delicious is an understatement. After that my service, server and meal went all downhill. I never tell anyone of my stats of over 2.1 million photo views or 2 million in contributions because I want the genuine responses from the service and food. As I digress. Anyway the food comes out. The enchiladas comes out with red sauce that looks like mole and very little meat inside. The Taco was dry not tasty. The rice was not authentic rice. The beans were screaming delish. My shrimp tacos come out with overcooked fried shrimp alot of stuff going on top to disguise this mess. I ordered ONE fried and ONE grilled shrimp tacos. I got two fried messes. To make matters worse, I informed Josue of the errors. His response was,”I put it on the ticket. Sorry” and he walked away. He shifted blame. He didn’t attempt to fix the error at all or get a manager involved. As you can see from the management details. The server stated he did ask if I wanted a replacement. HE DID NOT MAKE THAT STATEMENT AT ALL. My guest heard his remark as well. It was very poor customer service. Will I dine here again? The answer is NO! Thank you for getting back to me. On this matter. I only hope your other restaurant doesn’t have staff or food presentation and preparation as this one does.

I was greeted immediately and seated withing 20 seconds. My waiter came right over and took my drink order. Both people were very nice. A third gentleman brought me chips and salsa right away which i really enjoyed. The food: I ordered the beef fajitas which were very good. They even asked me how I’d like the meat cooked. It was brought out with sauted onion, bell pepper, mushroom, tomatoes and zucchini. I chose to get flour tortillas which were very light and fresh. I did not have one thing I wasn’t impressed with. I sat right next to the entrance and observed everyone getting greeted immediately and with a smile from the young lady. I’m not so sure some of the less than spectacular ratings received are not fake because I did not experience or observe anything that was subpar. The food and the service were both great. Thank you and I will be back.

Food was ok. Service was ok. It took them 22 minutes to ask for our drink.then another 15 minutes wait for the staff to take our order, also the wait staff started walking away and we had to tell her you did not take the other two people in our party their order. Our appetizer, one was serverd and the other appetizer they delivered after all the main courses was delivered. Street Taco the meat was tough and no seasoning. The seafood was over cooked for example the lobster was rubbery and tough. However, they do give you a lot of food. It is the first day of being open. ♀️

recently dined at Leticia’s inside Boulder Station and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.
The restaurant only had about five patrons total, so it wasn’t busy. We were seated promptly and our server took our order right away. However, about 15 minutes later, he returned to inform us they were out of Al Pastor. It’s frustrating that it took that long to communicate something so basic, especially when the restaurant was nearly empty.
We switched to carne asada tacos, and when they arrived, the meat quality was very poor — low flavor and clearly not high quality. My daughter barely touched her plate and ended up sharing food with her younger sister instead.
What made it worse was the lack of attentiveness. Our server came by, saw a nearly untouched plate pushed to the side, and simply asked, “How’s everything?” without acknowledging the obvious issue. There was no follow-up or attempt to make it right.
The dining room was also extremely cold — uncomfortably so for my kids. While that may be controlled by the casino, it definitely impacted the experience.
At the end of the meal, my daughters went to wait in the car because of the temperature. I was left sitting alone with stacked plates that I had already gathered myself. I had to ask a busser for a box before my server even returned with the check.
Overall, the service and food quality did not match what you’d expect, especially when the restaurant wasn’t busy. I would not recommend spending your time or money here.

[I’ll never go back there. The waiter assumed I was trying to run off and started pressuring about the bill, asking if it would be cash or card and trying to physically block me from standing up. *see below*]
My buddy is a high roller there at boulder station and we went tonight for a Christmas meal, neither one of us have family in town. The food is not good. Ceviche is bland, got a taco salad with chicken, the shell was still greasy from the fryer, the chicken was soggy, ordered cheese enchiladas as the entree, the had the option to add chicken so I did, but they didn’t put any cheese in them despite them being cheese enchiladas add chicken, we also ordered Chile rellenos that never came even though they charged for them.
My high roller buddy was paying, but he stepped out for a smoke, the waiter assumed I was trying to run off and started pressuring about the bill, handed me the paper, was hovering over me and asking if it would be cash or card and stood there trying to physically block me from standing up.
I told him my friend was taling care of the bill and he’d be back. Right as he went to accuse me of something my friend walks up behind him and pulls out a wad of cash. I asked if he treats everyone that way and if he really thought I was going to run out. Not only was I dressed nice, rose gold watch, clean polo shirt and dress pants, but im 6’6, 300 ponds. I’m not running unless im playing football or there’s a fire. Beyond that how is 5’0 waiter going to stop me if I was?
Asked if we could just get the chile rellenos to go because he never brought them. He acted like I had never ordered them in the first place and was making a new order to-go. 20 mins of later he brought them out. Upon leaving we noticed we did get charged for 2 orders of chile rellenos. The ones the waiter never brought and for another order to-go.
Bright side hit for a few hundred at the cigar lounge before I went home and Michocan ice cream has great shakes.
SKIP Letecia and hit the steak house or ice cream shop. I wish I had gotten his name in case the bosses ever see this because I wont be going back

Went for a quite date night bite after a long day and found ourselves at Leticia by recommendation form a Boulder Station employee. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Our server Raul was absolutely amazing. Any questions we had he made sure we understood and he showed pictures and even went as far to offer samples so we ordered the correct item. Raul made the whole experience worth it with his patience and true professionalism. Raul is absolutely the best server I’ve ever experienced. Will definitely be back. Oh and the food was 100% amazing. Every item was great and they are very reasonably priced for the amazing quality you receive.
