One of my favorite Starbucks locations. It has an amazing view of the Rocky Mountains truly breathtaking. The atmosphere is calm, spacious and relaxing. It gets quite busy during the summer but the vibe is always nice. The staff are friendly and attentive. I often grab my morning coffee here and enjoy the beautiful view as I start my day.

The location is beautiful, but staff (not everyone) is a little bit too stressed, probably because of the “not that full” house. Lack of courtesy and a medium size beverage that came only 2/3 full…I’ve had better experiences in other Starbucks locations

As expected, this was delicious. Five star experience not much else to be said. There is a nice outdoor patio here with gas fireplaces. The interior is spacious and had lots of seating when I went there.

This place puts a stain on the Starbucks brand. Poor customer service and extremely slow. The lady working the window has no customer service training. They told me to drive around because the car behind me placed a mobile order first. I drove around and still had to wait a few minutes for the other car to get drinks and another few minutes for my own. What a joke. Never experienced that at any other location.

It’s too hot in there to enjoy.. its Estes Park in December cold weather.! We customers are coming from cold to hot is gonna get us sick. Employees are all wearing short sleeves and comfy. How bout comfy for us customers.? Anyways, we want to enjoy your place but not get sick or have to strip down to t shirts like you guys. Fix it please!

This is a cool coffee shop. It has the views and the vibe. Better than other Starbucks. I did work in here for a while and had a good time. This place is not too loud inside. Would recommend.

There was an elk in the drive thru so that was cool. The unisex restroom I used had urine all
over the floor. That was gross. I wish they had male and female restrooms.

The cashier was very friendly but all of our drinks had way too much whipped cream. Drank what we could and left. Yes we could have had them remake them but it’s a very busy location and it was bad enough we waited quite a while for the first ones.
