Today, February 23. I purchased a coffee the guy who was working 1:52 In the morning, he charged me 360 for a medium coffee. Charge me seven dollars for a coffee and a muffin ask for my receipt he refused to give it to me and close the window on my face. He don’t even give me the change.

I ordered two lattes and it was three people before me and 2 after, they all got served and I got served last. Will be back for my refund and going to Corporate again. Not to mention they refused to give me a refund and insisted I take my order, which I did. Low coffee served and the drinks were not at all Signature Latte flavor, we will not be back to this location ever again. Only good for Black Coffees.

We had just arrived into Washington DC just before midnight from Miami, Florida. Traveled over half an hour from DC to Dunkin Donuts for a cup of coffee for my fiance and I. Jamary and another male employee were working when we arrived after 1230 am. The level of professionalism and demeanor from both employees was amazing. They were very kind and polite. Jamary saw that we were freezing. Thank you for letting us warm up.

I was there with my wife waiting to drink a coffe and we waited there 20 minutes no one took our orders it was at 9:00 pm the ladys there were cleaning and said that the will help me after they finish that’s unceptable because costumer it’s First. We are really loyal to dunkin but this experience was so bad and we’re never coming back to this place again. Don’t recommend this place

The lady attending the people at the front is very rude! She wanted me to pay for a drink that I wasn’t going to drink just because it was already being made! Like it was coming out of her pocket and not mine! I don’t recommend coming here the customer service is horrible!!!
