We had to go to the bar to ask for a lot of things that we needed. I literally grabbed my own napkins reaching across to the inside of the bar. Because that was faster. If we had known how slow service was gonna be we would’ve just sat at the bar, but we sat at a table on the outside. Also, when she didn’t bring my order out correctly, she tried to say that I didn’t ask for that and tried to blame it on me. When me and my friend that I was with both heard me say that I asked for something specific. This is not good customer service at all! Secondly, as they say in real estate business, location, location location. This place was so far north east, and took so long to get to especially because, there is traffic right there off of the Charleston Road that they are located on. It’s not worth the drive. Also, the outside of it is really sketch! I did not feel safe. As soon as we parked, we ran into the bar and as soon as we left the bar, we ran to our car. There’s also homeless people in tents outside the bar. So not very safe at all. But the food and drinks were good!

Had to argue with the bartender just to get a drink after dumping $60 into the machine. In Las Vegas, that’s ridiculous. If you’re actively playing, drinks should not be a debate. The whole experience felt cheap and unwelcoming. Plenty of other bars nearby that actually understand comps and customer service. Won’t be back. This is Vegas not Illinois.

Good food. Fast service and friendly. Food is not expensive but mix drink can get pricey. All drink we had were great with amazing presentation. Location is not the best. Many alcoholics walking around and homeless people.

My experience at La Puerta Negra was amazing! I was traveling to Las Vegas and found this restaurant on Tik Tok. We ordered nachos, mini-birria tacos, and chicken flautas. The food was sooooo delicious!!! The two shots we had were very strong, but the pineapple Michelada was excellent!

The bartenders were awesome and the music was great. The only downside, I wish there was an actual dance floor, but that didn’t stop us from from dancing or having a great time.

I had a lot of fun than expected. It looks small in the inside because of the big bar that’s in the middle. The waitress was very friendly, attentive to us and was on point with everything. I will definitely come back.

Had an amazing time celebrated my friend’s birthday. The bar tender Chuy (Jesus) was so attentive and very kind to us. We will definitely be returning. Such a fun environment and the prices on the drinks are amazing plus the decor. Next time you’re at the bar, ask for Jesus best bartender ever!

Lily was our server she was very friendly and informative the drinks were awesome I’m not a big alcohol drinker so to see all the cool drinks that were also very yummy was very pleasant. The food was amazing and we ordered way too much and still finished everything. Definitely give this place a visit I do believe it’s the Eastside new gem
