Every time I go to the McDonald’s and get a chocolate shake it is practically white. I have to mix it myself every time and even when I do its still white and hardly taste like chocolate. I give them many chances and it’s the same every time which is astonishing honestly.I feel bad to ask to remake it but even when I mention the mixing they never fix my shake. We work hard for our money and when we buy something and it’s not as promised it ruins my day

We wanted 3 orders of the meal deal they offered that was a bogo that we still had to pay 1$ for the 2nd, and they kept saying no egg for some reason, and we told them to have egg, so they didn’t get the order right and they had no eggs, zero understanding was used, they need better trained employees

Went to the only fast food restaurant within an hour along my route in a big truck, got there and the lobby is closed. Big trucks can’t use drive thru and I can’t put a company card on the app because it automatically becomes the default payment method and is difficult to remove, and a nightmare to fix at work. Advanced warning would’ve been good, like on the sign out front that had no lettering at all.

I’m not even from here and 1st timer at this McDonald’s but not anymore…the kid in drive thru didn’t let me.say 2 words and ended the intercom and told me pull around. They messed up my drink which by the way was the only thing I ordered..made it 5 times and paid extra to have it a certain way and couldn’t get it right got so mad at me being jerks..all of them!!!! Bye bye mcdonalds in ulysses..worst ever and manager was ride as well..short Spanish lady ..dont know if it was the language barrier she was fusterated at or if she was really passed off at me but wow….I would have fired her for sure..as j run my own business and would never condone what she did or how she treated me.
