Worst experience with drive thru, the guy who took the order is not qualified to work in this place, I ordered the Nachos Party Pack Veggie and 2 bean burritos, I got 2 beef grande nachos box, I told him why you haven’t told me that you don’t have the family pack” he said that is the same quantity “ So why do you have it on your menu then !!! and even the bean burritos I ordered turned to be beef burrito” do you believe it “ !! He really spoiled our night and I am so angry, all food was tossed away

The guy working drive thru tonight was ridiculously rude. He was disrespectful, he would cut me off before I could finish asking a question/ talking. I felt like I was working customer service because I was being more polite than him. Definitely need need better management! Didn’t notice my order until I told them. (It’s not even busy) Ice machine has no ice, rude staff, soda was flat, the dining area was dirty, it was freezing cold, and then they get my order wrong. And to top it off? They have no toilet paper.

Wait times are not ideal, but fast food can be that way. The most positive is the employees. No matter what time of day or what I am ordering, or how long I take to make a decision, they are always polite, nice, and such a pleasure. Great job for this TB having wonderful employees.

Ordered with extra black beans on my burrito only to find out no black beans. When I asked them to look at my burrito which was all full of brown beans not a single spec of black they said “it’s in there”. I asked for a redo to finally see the black beans in there but this time they play games by putting extra sauce, very little rice, and much less brown beans. I am done with them, forever. Getting paid at least $20/hr and still lazy and entitled. Unbelievable.

It was a night just get out of work my family and I were craving Taco Bell so we drove to get some we love the supreme tacos we usually always get that paid xtra when I got home and I open them no sour cream I call the restaurant the employee who answered said those are supreme I told him that the first 2 that I open didn’t have any so he star arguing with me and I got the third one and that one had sour cream I ask the employee if I paid for all to be supreme or just some he didn’t answer me at all he just giggled I work on fast food restaurant and I don’t treat my costumers like that this location have horrible costumer service also we got some crunchy gorditas with chicken and we got them with beef they end up in the trash btw his name it’s Joshua c never going back again to this Taco Bell

Comparing similarly priced $3 burrito, Del Taco Cheesy Double Beef Burrito has better flavor with better ingredients and there’s actual cheese inside unlike El Polo Loco Classic QRC Burrito with barely any cheese and no meat.
