one of the best Persian dining experiences I’ve ever had. We started with drinks, the Persian Cherry and the Anar, and both were absolutely fabulous. The flavors were so unique and balanced, we’d honestly never tried cocktails like that before.

The vibe and the decor were just as impressive. You can tell they’ve thought through every detail, and it creates a warm, refined atmosphere that feels special without trying too hard.

And then the food: unbelievable. The torsh filet mignon was outstanding, and the fresh Persian bread (barbari) was on another level. It was more than just a meal, it turned into a memory. I still can’t forget those flavors.

A big thank you to Alex, the chef, who came to our table and made sure everything was perfect. Also, the manager and the whole team made us feel genuinely comfortable and cared for. Service was excellent from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back soon.

Finally, a Persian fine dining restaurant! It was much needed, the location is great, the only sunset spot in Brentwood! The cocktails are amazing, the Anar cocktail was great! The market fish and cucumber dip was great! Also their homemade bread was to die for! Highly recommend! Go Perse! We will come back for sure!

Last night I went to Perse, a new fine dining Persian restaurant in Brentwood, and it was excellent.

The Torsh Fillet was the best dish for me. It was tender, well cooked, and had a bright tangy flavor that felt balanced and clean. It tasted rich but not heavy.

The Koobideh was juicy and full of flavor, with a nice char from the grill. It felt classic and familiar, but made with more care than most places.

The Lamb Chops were also a must. They were cooked perfectly, flavorful, and not gamey. The outside had a great sear and the inside stayed soft.

The space feels upscale and the service was attentive and smooth. If you want Persian food with a more refined style, Perse is a great choice in Brentwood.

Perse in Brentwood is one of the most refined Persian cuisine experiences I’ve had in LA. It truly feels like fine dining, yet remains warm and welcoming.

As a vegetarian, I was especially impressed by the smoked broccolini—it was beautifully prepared, balanced, and full of depth. The kashk-e bademjan was rich yet elegant, and the golden tahdig arrived perfectly crisp and fragrant. Every dish felt intentional and elevated, never like a secondary option. The flavors honored traditional Persian cuisine while presenting them with sophistication and precision.

What truly sets Perse apart from other Persian restaurants I’ve experienced in LA is the atmosphere and service. The space feels warm, almost like a beautifully designed home, but with a polished, refined touch. The interior design is tasteful and thoughtfully done, making it ideal for private dining or a business meeting lunch. The floor manager and servers were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.

It’s also very easy to find, with convenient street parking right in front of the plaza—rare and appreciated in LA. Overall, Perse delivers a refined, elevated Persian dining experience in Brentwood that stands out among Persian restaurants in the city.

I’ve been to many Persian restaurants around the world. This was one of the most unique and one of the best I’ve ever been to. Amazing food. Great atmosphere. Love the fusion and modern take on Persian food.

We live in the neighborhood and had been dying for this spot to open as were lovers of Persian cuisine & culture and couldn’t be more excited to say that it totally exceeded expectations on all fronts. The hospitality was terrific from the owner to the hostess to the waiter. All took care of us and kept the meal on good pace. I thought the Tahdig & Fesenjoon were two of the best dishes I’ve ever had. Overall, 5/5, couldn’t recommend higher! Check it out!

From the moment we walked in, something felt different. The space is beautiful, warm wood, soft lighting, not stuffy at all. It genuinely felt like walking into someone’s home. A really elegant home with impeccable taste, but still welcoming.
Staff was lovely throughout. Friendly, knowledgeable, checked in at the right moments. Exactly what you want.
We started with the Fresh Barbari bread. Simple but perfect. Warm, slightly crisp edges. We almost asked for more.
The Cucumber Yogurt was exactly what you want. I could have made a meal of just the Brussels. The feta added saltiness, the pomegranate gave these little bursts of sweetness, and the pistachios added crunch.
The smoked Eggplant and whey was a revelation. I’ve had kashke bademjoon before but never like this. Smoky, creamy, with caramelized onion on top.
For our mains, my friend got the branzino. Simply grilled, perfectly cooked, with seasonal accompaniments that didn’t try too hard, just let the fish shine.
I splurged on the japanese a5 wagyu kabob. Look, it’s expensive. But it was also unforgettable. Butter-soft, perfectly seasoned, the moosir adding this gentle onion-y depth. I took my time with every bite.
We were too full for dessert, but our server brought out two tiny spoons of something to taste anyway. Little things like that stay with you.
I keep thinking about this place. Not just the food, which was excellent, but how it all made us feel. Like we were exactly where we were supposed to be.
I’ll be back with my friends and relatives. With anyone who appreciates good food and genuine warmth.
By the way, if you care about parking, you can either park on the street or use the building’s self-parking facility.

Perse is one of the best fine dining Persian restaurants in Los Angeles. The best tahdig! Smokey, crisp and golden — plus incredible charcoal kabob, koobideh meatball, best tahchin I’ve ever had, and even Japanese wagyu called Perse chenje. The fresh Barbari bread and cucumber yogurt is a must.

Great cocktails — especially the Fall in Tehran and Anar cocktail — and really good mocktails too. Authentic Iranian cuisine, elevated and memorable.

A must-visit in Brentwood.

What a wonderful dinner! Food and service were excellent. Appreciate the regional history provided behind the specific smokey flavors of certain dishes. So distinctive and special from other, also delicious, Persian restaurants I’ve dined at. A perfect place to get dressed up and celebrate special occasions or just a lovely night out over expertly prepared dishes. Will definitely return.
