The noodle is super tasty too. Love it!!
We had the popcorn chicken, stinky tofu, and the hotpot. The chicken and tofu were okay, but the taste could be improved. They didn’t have instant noodles for the hotpot, so the staff gave us a tea instead.
Overall, the food was nothing special from other similar restaurants and the price was not cheap for a food court stand.
The beef noodle soup was a bit salty for us, but still more acceptable than most American food. After adding some warm water, it tasted amazing. The braised pork chop bento was incredibly tasty. We’ve already had dinner here three times and will definitely come back! It would be perfect if they provided utensils for dine-in and slightly larger portions.
I had one of the worst dining experiences at Momo Cafe, and I will never return.
I ordered the Hot Pot noodle soup, and it was disgusting. It looked nothing like the picture advertised. What I received was sloppy, unappetizing, and borderline inedible. Completely misleading and a total disappointment.
What made this experience even worse was the horrendous customer service. When I asked for an exchange or a refund due to the poor quality of the food, I was flat-out refused. No accountability, no professionalism, and no concern for the customer at all. Just rude and dismissive behavior.
I strongly advise no one to eat here. This place does not stand behind its food or its customers. They have officially lost my business, and honestly, 99 Ranch should seriously reconsider allowing them to operate in their store.
Save your money and eat literally anywhere else.
