Easy location to get to. Nice atmosphere, the place is well decorated and feels like it’s a good vibe. Lots of draft beers to select from and a full bar menu. Service was fast and friendly, my server greeted me and kept checking on me. Food was good, I had the double cheeseburger and side of onion rings. It was delicious and cooked perfectly. Prices were in line with typical fare of this type. Then I had a Junior Coffee milkshake it was made perfectly..I will definitely be coming back again.

Sadly, one and done. I ordered through Uber eats for lunch. It was my first time ordering and I was hopeful that a burger and crinkle fries would not disappoint. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with both. The fries tasted stale as if they were made a day or two prior, I had to throw them away. I didn’t know what to make of the burger, as I’ve never seen such formation of a burger patty. I’m not sure if more regards is given to dining in patron’s orders, but please don’t send such a mess to anyone else for delivery. I tried touching base with a manager w/o success.

Clean atmosphere. Friendly staff once we got someone’s attention after sitting for a bit. Food came out pretty quick. Orders were accurate which I know should be the expectation but unfortunately not always the case in places. Everything was delicious. Only place we found that closed later than 10pm after watching a movie at Providence Place. Location has parking. Glad we tried it. Would go back.

I have had PVD Burgers a few times. The food has anyways been fresh and filling. We haven’t been in a few months and boy has it gone downhill.

Service is a 10/10. The staff is incredibly nice and attentive. The atmosphere is fantastic. The downside… the food is absolutely inedible. It’s really a shame, because everything else is perfect. We ordered the fried chicken sandwich and it was a frozen ground chicken patty with unmelted cheese on top. See picture attached. We also got boneless wings which were horrendous. They were that cheap ground chicken mixture, not whole tenders. We could not eat them. Very very low quality. This was probably the worst food I’ve ever had.
Consensus: if you are going for drinks ONLY to watch a game, I highly recommend going to this place. If you are planning on eating food, don’t go here.
