I had the chance to talk to the owner, and she was incredibly friendly. She told me she preps all week and only serves on the weekend, and you can taste the amount of care she puts into everything. She was passionate about her food, and it really shows in the quality.
I also asked why she makes everything halal. She said it costs her more, but she has worked with Arabs most of her life and wanted them to be able to enjoy her food too. As a Muslim, that genuinely made me happy to hear.
The birria tacos were the highlight. Authentic flavor, tender meat, rich consomé, and everything came out hot and fresh. Easily some of the best birria tacos in the city, and the fact that they are halal makes it even better. Service was warm, the food was well prepared, and the whole experience felt personal.
Antojitos Tacos is a must try if you are in the area.

First time there and I was a little shocked by the prices but the reviews had me ordering. Was I ever wrong! Worth every penny! Quality and the best food truck food I’ve ever had and competes with any restaurant food. The beef is excellent, spice great and you actually get your food packed with meat so prices aren’t a problem! Just go. Try it and you’ll be returning like me!
