My name is Makayla I absolutely love your your subs. My friends and myself come in after church on Sunday’s almost every week. But today there was just something I saw and was just turned away. There is always this very nice tall younger lady, she always greets my friends and I when she’s there. It was like a normal Sunday we came in she was there of course. I was standing in line waiting to place my order, there was a tall gentlemen kinda heavy set if you will approached this young lady in a way that I was just so shocked. ” Was he an employee” didn’t look like he was ? But I will say the young lady that took my order was still very polite and positive dispite the very least of this gentlmen. I just wanted to come on here and just say what a young lady still stayed very professional. One good worker that I love to come back and see. She is such the sweetest young lady.

Great jersey Mike’s it was the first time I have visited this establishment. Great food and great workers they made a fresh delicious sub for a reasonable price and very delicious sandwich the ingredients were nice and the freshness was amazing. Everything about this place was great great service great workers kind and efficient also they made it very quickly the bread was amazing every had a parmesean crusted rolls that tasted so nice would recommend this place highly if you haven’t been to this establishment I would definitely recommend it. 5 stars all the way.

My kid dropped their sub straight on the floor, ruined, they quickly and politely made me a new one , SUPER FAST AND VERY POLITE! and they didnt charge me. Even though i offered to pay!! Great people very nice!

We went for our first time on Sunday. Ordered online to be ready by 12:52. Entered at 1:05-108 ish…asked lady if our order was ready and gave our name. She walked over to bags but she didn’t take a careful look, just glanced and then walked away to her other tasks. I assumed she knew the bags didn’t have our name since she never came back to address us. Waited over 10 min and got back in line from sitting down to ask again. When I went to ask next, a back counter employee said “she was here first” to which I corrected her and let her know I had actually been there for a long time. So I left to run an errand we needed and came back because it was clear they were too busy to help us. Came back 10 min later, waited in line again. When it was my turn, the counter AGAIN tried to help someone else over me, and I said I was there and needed to check for my order. It was there THE ENTIRE TIME. So I waited until almost 1:45 to get my food that was done by 1pm. Get the food, it was not even remotely decent enough to pay these prices and have such horrible service.

Our first visit to Jersey Mike’s anywhere. The line for ordering a sub was about 5 people ahead of us. It didn’t take long to be next in line. We ordered two regular sandwiches. The First Sandwich Artist, cut the bread, meat, and cheese for our subs fresh from the cooler on order. Wondering, the fresh cut to order would ensure freshness of ingredients, but; how often is the meat slicer cleaned throughout the day? Second sandwich artist, lettuce, tomato, pickles, bacon, etc. She was a peach of a friendly girl. Chatty, funny, nice. She then wrapped the sandwiches to go. How amazing that she took such care to wrap the ends nicely. Then, she bagged the sandwiches. Wow! There was space in the bag as the sandwich wasn’t as big around as the bag. She actually took a fold on the side of the bag, jiggled the sandwich to one side of the bag, folded the bag to snug the sandwich inside, and twisted the open end to keep it all snug and sealed. It was impressive watch how she cared. Hard to find worker’s like that now-a-days! We got home and enjoyed our Club Sub, and Club Supreme. Let me not forget, the pickle with a face on it! So cute when the artist showed it to us before putting it on our sandwich. Oh, also, the Jersey Mike chocolate chip cookies were delicious and soft.

The experience was overall pleasant. The shop was well run, with ample staff to accommodate the large number of customers. They had staff dedicated just to those ordering hot subs. The only thing was I’m afraid even in this economy $20 dollars for a large sub was too much. I don’t mind paying for high quality, but at the end of the day it is a nice, new, fun… Sandwich shop.

I like their subs a decent bit but waiting an hour and five minutes for 2 subs that I ordered online ahead of time for really soured my experience. I’m usually not one to make a stink as I also work in food service and know how things can be, but seemingly not prioritizing the people in store waiting on food, and not offering any sort of compensation is just not acceptable. They didn’t even call out my order when it was done even though the I assume manager knew which order I was waiting on. I get being busy and backed up I just wish more care was taken. Pretty disappointed.

This store is disgusting, my subs were ordered online it was they would be done at 7:10 pm I was still standing in the store at 7:30 waiting while the workers went as slow as possible and still managed to mess the order up.
They throw everything all over the floor as they work you can see all the crap all over the counters and the drawers it’s unsanitary and they should be closed down.the photo doesn’t even begin to show the garbage that’s all

Subpar service today. Young guy that made the sub was super nice. But the young girl checking me out needs some additional training.
I used my credit card and chose the 10% tip option. She rushed to finish her end of the transaction and stepped away, while at the same time looking over her should to see if the other female employee would say anything to her.
So I was exasperated by the whole incident and bagged my own food in the large to-go bag. Made me feel like the tip wasn’t high enough, so she didn’t bother taking her time to bag my food. All I can say is Wow…That’s what we are all coming to. Years I’ve been a Jersey Mike customer in North Carolina, and waited years for the chain to finally come into western NY state. I was probably one of the first customers to come into the news stores here.
