Good habachi at great prices. You get great food portions too. There are low wait times and you can call ahead. Wait time is about 10 minutes. I usually just order when I get there as I’ve had difficulty ordering with the lady that answers the phone, but the young guy is good at taking orders on the phone. Ordering in person seems to work better for me.
I’ve had chicken hibachi and chicken and steak hibachi. Both dishes were good. I order from here about every 10 days, and each time, my food is consistently good. Parking is not an issue as it sits in a small plaza of about 4 units.

If I could give it zero stars I would. First I ordered crag Rangoon, and she didn’t put them on our order. I ordered sides of broccoli and zucchini and they didn’t even add soy sauce!! Just cooked them and sent them out. No flavor at all! My husband ordered egg rolls and got spring rolls. When he went inside to let them know the order was messed up… she wants to argue instead of fixing the mistakes. I wouldn’t spend my money feeding a rat at this establishment!! Stop being defensive and fix a messed up order.

The food is amazing and you get a bang for your buck here. It’s a bit run down but the food is well worth it!! I had the chicken hibachi with broccoli and carrots. Completely forgot to take a picture but the flavor was bursting with perfection. Can’t wait to make my way back.

The food is alright, wasn’t completely disappointed but can’t say it measures up to the hibachi I’ve had everywhere else. They’re a little disorganized, the guy at the register tried to charge me twice for my order. The food was good but the prices are definitely too high for the quality and quantity, it’s really not that much food. Ordered chicken and shrimp, only got 5 prices of shrimp.

Their hours say they close at 9:30pm, I called and placed a to-go order at 8:55. They told me it would 10 minutes until finished, I live 15 minutes away. I left my house and on the way there they called two times, once to say it was done and I told them I was on my way and the second time just said “do you want it or not,” to which I said “yes, I am on my way now, I don’t live in Reynoldsburg I will be…” (I was about to say 5 minutes away but she hung up on me before I could finish.) I tried to call them back since they hung up before I could say I was 5 minutes away and they wouldn’t answer the phone. I got to the restaurant at 9:13, which was exactly 5 minutes after she called and asked if I still wanted the order and they were completely CLOSED. No lights on, no cars, nothing..they had the whole placed shut down 17 minutes before their posted closing time. I understand I called towards closing time but it was posted online AND at the restaurant that the closing time was 9:30pm! So I drove half an hour to and from the restaurant for nothing.

Absolutely lousy customer service! The lady who answered the phone started yelling at me over yum yum sauce, that I paid for! Dasher is even texting me complaining about how petty this woman was! Dasher ended paying for extra sauces because she refused to include them in my bag. Pettiest thing I’ve ever heard of or ever experienced! How embarrassing! I will never order from them again!
