Place was a mess, we waited 5 mins before anyone acknowledged us, but as soon as a friend looking for free food came in they got helped right away, then the “supervisor” went outside to smoke pot. No one employee changed gloves at all in-between orders. Terrible all around it’s been a while since coming here and we definitely will not be back hopefully the others are not as bad.

We had The Club. One in a bowl and the other as a regular sandwich. The ingredients seemed fresh and delicious. The only con was the girl kept asking us if we wanted bacon, and it clearly came on the sub so the answer was yes.

i stopped at this here “establishment” Tuesday night, looking to satisfy my cravings for some good meat (obviously.) and all was dandy until i was face to face with a young, tall brunette employee (with glasses that were about 5 sizes too small) who was *extremely* rude and disrespectful. i couldn’t tell if he was rolling his eyes at me or the lettuce he was placing on my sandwich but both parties were equally as depressed. frankly, my experience was practically pooped on and was not up to par. do better.

This location is a hit or miss, sometimes you get the right amount of portions, most of the time you don’t. So it is best to not order online for pickup-you gotta be there and watch them I guess.

The best sub shop you’ll find in Fargo I stopped frequently, I usually get the Philly cheesesteak on rosemary it’s really good with hot grilled steak and cheese the chicken bacon is also really good there service is top notch they always have a good attitude and work hard

honestly this location has gone downhill rapidly. the female employees are always very nice and accommodating and take things seriously, however the men who they hand the tickets off to do not seem to care about ensuring our expensive meal tastes good or is safe (the tall “black guy” is usually good about it though!). i have gone here for a couple years now and used to feel safe and trusting of everyone, but today the worker used dirty old utensils on the grill to cook my food, didn’t change gloves during the process, and i never saw them clean the grill so unsure if it was already clean or used. gluten allergy btw and i asked them to use new utentils/clean/take toppings from alternate area (toppings was followed, but gloves were touching everything else too). when he was done, he threw the food rudely onto the counter from slight distance with a loud smack for some reason, and went back to talking to the trainee. so sadly today came up VERY short for allergen protocols when i usually trust this place for a good safe meal! allergen people should be allowed to exist outside sometimes!

Definitely a good spot in town to grab a sub. We were in and out within 10-15 minutes. The workers were very kind and worked hard. The restaurant was clean, bright, and spacious. The food was good. We ordered a Chipotle Cheesesteak and a Buffalo Chicken sub. (Both hot subs.) A tad pricey ($17 a sandwich), but you get a lot of food and it’s good quality. So can’t complain too much! Probably will be back again.
