We got drive thru this past summer. The husband ordered bacon on his burger. There was no bacon and took the sandwich back. He showed the kid at the counter, the kid looked and looked and then said there’s the bacon. It was a round slice so thin that it looked like the ketchup smear on the bun. The kid said that’s our bacon and refused to give a refund. We left the sandwich and the rest of our food at the counter.
I dont care if it’s a franchse, when pics on the DQ website clearly show regular slices of bacon, you expect bacon.

Food, service, and atmosphere is all stellar! The food is soooo good, and you can’t go wrong with ice cream. We had awesome time chatting with staff while we waited for our items. Overall, we are very well pleased. 🙂

Absolutely horrible, went in on Sat Nov,15 there a guy behind the counter taking orders and making ice cream, he sat there and huffed and puffed when you wanted ice cream and had to make it. He was rude to every customer just shock his head at everything and anything. Asked for a dilly bar and he huffed and puffed to the freezer. Never go here it’s terrible anymore. No respect to the customers! Waited to order and he avoided the counter, walked back and forth but would take our order.

Apparently the 1 time I decided to stop here they were training. It seemed like 2 people knew what they were doing. It took an easy half hour to get our food. Some lady from the drive through walked in to get her food. There was no communication about the training or the wait. I’m a very understanding and patient person but I was getting annoyed. Talk to your customers!

Service is slow even when they have no customers. I have lived in the area for about a year now and I love DQ. But this place has no standards and I have recieved good and properly prepared food once out of the half dozen times I have ordered here. They just can’t seem to get it right. From sogy burgers to melted ice cream. The attached pic is of the melted blizzard that sloped over my hand and spilled to the ground when the cashier handed it out the window. She clearly seen that my order was melted and the only solution offered was napkins. Thanks for the disappointment sticky hand and one handed drive home. I won’t make the mistake of coming back again.

Menu selection AND food is slightly different. Fountain drink (Dr. Pepper) was unbalanced towards the carbonated side – which was less sweet). Not at all what we expected. Prices were lower though. Staff was patient and friendly with our large order. Ice cream tasted normal.

Ordered a combo meal today at 1130 . The place had nobody there for customers . I ordered thru the drive thru and was told to pull to the first window to pay. I kid you not, I sat there for 15 minutes waiting to pay or see anybody at all and it was a ghost town inside. I finally said screw it and drove off without my food. I doubt they had any other orders to fulfill because the parking lot was empty. I won’t give them my business anymore.

Well much to my surprise and delight this dairy queen has REALLY improved in staff AND food quality! ! And has gotten a spruce up as well! ! The $5 lunch is awesome! !! Staff is really great! !
