I had ordered a chicken bacon ranch protein bowl minus the cucumber and bell peppers, which they did leave out. But they added JALAPENOS not just one or two but 13, so it was no accident that they were there. Set my mouth on fire. I had to dump the salad onto a plate and go through to get them out.

Bought two subs, the subs were essentially empty. The foot long had the smallest amount of meat I’ve ever seen in a sub, two pieces total. For what you pay, you’re better off going to the walmart next door. Quite disappointed. Employees were too busy hanging out behind the store to actually make the subs.

I pulled in and was going to give him a try but I couldn’t because of the Nancy pelosi style menu you know they can’t get the wording right so I don’t reckon I’ll be eating at any of the subways that carry themselves on that type of liberal level with such a menu a word of advice to the owner go back to a simple menu I promise you would come out far ahead with such a simple change.

A few months ago when I last came here, I had to wait literally 5 minutes for the workers to have a conversation in the back. Today, all workers where front and center ready to make my food. They was very friendly and made sure they made it how I wanted. The toppings and meat was very evenly spread on my sub, and I even heard someone concerned that the cheese was not spread enough on someone else’s sub. And they even topped it off with a free peice of fudge! Great place to eat!

pathetic service. if i could give zero stars i would. i asked to speak to a manager and she was beyond disrespectful. they have definitely lost their chance at me coming back. the wait was unruly, and a disgusting environment. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS TO A HOMELESS PERSON.

Needs better management. From what a former employee told me, the manager allows employees to do whatever to customer foods whom they do not like, the manager does it as well. That says enough for me and i will not return.
