This location has gone down hill so far. The quality is getting worst and worst. I really liked papa johns but this location is making me not like it as much. Cheese sticks were more than the pizza and were tiny, half of it didn’t have cheese, they were dry, the sauce was tiny and only half way filled.

Amazing new place. Great workers. One of them I recognized from Pizza Hut back in the day. He is amazing.. I showed up as an Uber Eats driver and it was ready instantly. Didn’t have to wait one minute!

Not that helpful or friendly. No menu anywhere so don’t forget your phone so this we didn’t know so this made the guy smart mouth us. Corporate should step in at this place and this guy needs his attitude checked. Love Papa John pizza but this place is awful.

I ordered a stuffed crust pizza yesterday along with two papa pairing deserts and didn’t end up opening or getting to my brownies last night. fast forward to tonight i wanted to get into a brownie and ended up getting met with a super LONG piece of blonde ish brown hair through the batter of my brownie. it was lodged in multiple pieces, we thought maybe it was just the one piece but went to get another and there was another piece of hair in it actually disgusting i’m not a karen but this is ridiculous. i work fast food and know that hair is a very important thing to keep up and out of the way of food. 0/10 will never order at this location again. i wish i could’ve got a video of my boyfriend pulling the hair out the first piece of brownie.

Gave me one price over the phone and wasn’t the price at delivery. Called to ask why and was a snarky woman gave me a bad excuse about delivery even tho the call center knew it was delivery and I specifically asked for the total price. She was very unprofessional. It wasn’t even about the money, it’s about being respectful when asked about an unknown charge. And don’t hang up on someone for asking why.

We had pizza delivered to my sister’s house for my nephew’s birthday. We just didn’t get what we ordered. We usually love the pizza and would normally recommend this recipe place but last night it changed our mood on it. They don’t have their own drivers anymore so they couldn’t help us out as it was a DoorDash driver, and I didn’t order it through DoorDash.

The cleanliness of the store was not impressive. Floors were caked in gunk. Not convinced the counters had been cleaned regularly.

I tried to doordash from this location. Instead of delivery I guess I did pickup, and when I realized, I tried to cancel the order, but it said I wouldn’t get my 30 dollars back. So I set a course. Lo and behold, my arrival would take 15 minutes, but they closed in 9. I called in and they were very friendly and helpful. They told me they’d be there and not to worry. When I got there, staff was friendly, and had everything ready. I felt bad for making them do business like that after hours, I get what it’s like to almost be off and get a last minute order, they told me that it was no problem at all. They asked if I wanted two drinks that had expired that day, as they wouldn’t be able to sell it anymore. I wish I had cash on me. I wanted to tip. To the people in the store, thanks for being so cool. The kind of interaction so positive it made me open google and type this out. That’s rare, I respect it, and thank you guys.
