Most of the staff seem to be Gen Z. That should explain everything. The customer service is anemic, any attempts of good-natured witticism is met by a vacant stare, and the staff sports long “hair” but seldom wears hair nets. This is a starter job, and none of these kids are being prepared for the professional world.

Service was atrocious. Staff disregarded the line that was formed. An employee named LyKearia was the only attentive person with great customer service. I ordered and everything bagel with bacon and cream cheese. They put my cream cheese to the side. Didn’t ask for this. The employee that handled the preparation of my meal complained I was staring at her, which seems to be a personal problem. She still got the order wrong. First and last time going to this Dunkin’ donut. Again, Lykeria(redhead) was amazing.

I ordered a latte on the Dunkin app. When I arrived at the Dunkin’ Donuts 5 minutes later I didn’t see anything in the mobile app order basket. I asked a young lady with red and black hair behind the counter did she have an order for Marcus? She slammed her hand on the counter and then said in a very angry and rude manner, “don’t you see me fixing sandwiches”, I then said excuse me because I couldn’t understand why she was so troubled by me asking about my order. She then said “I’m fixing sandwiches you need to ask whoever is fixing drinks”! At the time I didn’t see anyone making drinks and there were about ten people waiting on their orders. I couldn’t believe the attitude this young lady exhibited. I asked the cashier was the manager available and he said she’s not here. Then the young lady said I’ll call Moe Moe for you. The cashier was taking the order of two other teens for at least 4 minutes, he was probably new because it didn’t seem like he knew how to take an order. Then another guy in the back yelled “damn, all there lattes”! Who hired these people. These employees have no customer service skills, no people skills, no professionalism, no problem solving skills, the manager name is Moe-Moe, it was utterly ridiculous. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. What is happening? It’s safe to say just go to Starbucks or another Dunkin location.

Worse service ever, girl at the register was yawning without covering her mouth zero regards for the customers. Rest of the staff wasnt any better. ill drive further to Krispy Kreme where everything is better anyways

This Dunkin’ Donuts it’s probably not the best one to see, however Morvelin was exceptional handle multiple customers. Unfortunately this Dunkin doesn’t have a drive through, though google says it does. Also Morvelin was taking care of all of us (customers) as best as she could. Unfortunately, she was by herself. Left completely alone and unable to continue to help the 5 other customer that came in. Eventually the new walk ins ended up walking out. Good employee poor management.

I placed an order here through uber eats and when I received my food it was missing and the food was not prepared correctly. I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese and I received a damp soft cold bagel, my sandwich and ice tea missing, my build your own refresher was made completely incorrect containing ingredients I did not include in my order things I am allergic to like whole milk and I ask for oat milk. I wish places like this would do better to paying customers

Doesn’t matter what time you come and who’s working here it is AWFUL! What is service?!? They wouldn’t know. I put an online order 5 mins before heading there took me 2 mins to get there and I go in and have to ask multiple times about my order wait 15 mins to get it. 22 mins for an online order is atrocious. The coffee at least was made proper, but they definitely need training on etiquette and time.

5 people working in the back too busy to ask if you need it anything, order was cold and incomplete, waited an extra 10 minutes for the coffee only after waving my hands for a while, never coming back here.
