I’ve never seen a place with only one employee. The same person who takes and receives the money is also the one making the food, frying, and handling the drive-thru. It’s bizarre! I actually feel sorry for the guy. I only go there because of DoorDash, and honestly people should stop buying food there.

The place also has a horrible gas smell, and the wait time is absurd. I can see that many businesses in the area are struggling with a lack of staff, but at Burger King it’s really shocking

We stopped on our way home to get a couple of Whopper Juniors a french fry and an onion rings. First of all it was six french fries in with the onion rings. Next french fries were old and soft squishy. Very greasy . Then we tried to chew into our Whoppers they were cold the burgers were rubbery and the vegetables were warm like they have been warmed up underneath the light the lettuce was horrible Brown on the edges. I have never gotten service like that at Burger King in 40 years. That is the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. I don’t know what’s wrong with the guy that takes to go to this but you can’t understand him.

Over 40 minutes in the drive thru with just one vehicle ahead. Ordered just 2 items and had to repeat myself 3 times and they still screwed it up. If you have a place to be or you’re on your lunch break from work, avoid this place at all cost. I dont know what they’re doing in there, but they don’t appear to be working.

You need to know the people here are great, unfortunately there isnt enough of them to maintain a fast food establishment. Service is slow on good days and the food is clearly not what it could be. This is partly management and partly the labor environment. Its hard to find workers in this area. So if you love BK and gotta have it, then go, but be prepared to wait….and wait…..and wait. Oh, and check your order it is often wrong. I do still eat here when I get a really….really….really… gonna die if I dont get it type of craving.

There is not enough staff here. I waited for nearly a half hour in the drive through. Myself and three other cars left after that point. Waiting that long happened another time as well. I won’t ever return to this location.

I ordered hot fries and a plain Whopper. Unfortunately, the service I received was unsatisfactory. The employee who handled my payment, identified as Ricardo Juan (or similar), displayed visible frustration when I confirmed that my fries should be served hot. My card was placed on the counter rather than handed back to me, and the sauces were placed in the bag in a noticeably abrupt manner.

Additionally, my Whopper was not prepared as ordered, as it included all toppings instead of being plain. The overall interaction left me feeling disrespected and dissatisfied. Based on this experience, I do not plan to return to this location. …oh AND I threw the meal messily in the parking lot for Mr Juan to clean up. There, we are now even Juanie.

I thought Burger King was a FAST food restaurant. I have been here twice and will NEVER go again. I waited 20 minutes on two separate occasions. Everything is made to order. The staff are also clueless.

12/3/25 – Something is seriously wrong here. Not sure if it’s the employees, management, or other. There was one car parked in front of the building and one at the window. I ordered an 8-piece cheesy tot and a rodeo cheeseburger. It took 23 minutes. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. Employee was friendly and apologetic. Franchisee may have just given up. Seems thay way.

The food is normal BK food but the fries are always cold and if you ask hot fries they look at you like you’re crazy. It’s definitely one of the worst locations I’ve ever been to but there really isn’t a lot of the locations where you can get Burger King. Unfortunately.

I used to work fast food. I remember how rushed it felt. I remember being so fast at making sandwiches that I was literally making them every day all day I was there.
This Burger King needs to understand how horrible their service is. I came in with my kids to use the bathroom on a road trip and decided on a whim to grab a few quick burgers for the road trip home.
Biggest mistake ever.

There were two customers waiting ahead of me, so I anticipated waiting for maybe 5 minutes. It was 15 minutes while the other customers continued waiting as well. I finally asked if I could cancel my order and was told that they could not because the owner had to be there or on the phone. The employee said he’d put a rush on my 4 small burgers and 1 small fry.
The rush took another 16 minutes.
Truly horrible.
While I stood watching, the woman making the sandwiches was using the same gloves to make sandwiches as she was to man the fryer and touch the implements and touch the receipts…. She also was dumping whole handfuls of wet pickles out on the counter, picking up the ones she needed and putting them on burgers, then tossing the rest back in the container. I couldn’t believe it. Please go to another fast food place. I promise your experience elsewhere will be much more enjoyable. I would have enjoyed hearing fingernails down a chalkboard for an hour more than my time spent here.
