This KFC is absolutely disgusting and the people who work here are horrible. I ordered a bucket of chicken and when I picked it up, the chicken was cold and stale as if it had been sitting outside. I found a hair in the Mac and cheese. When I complained to the “manager” – an Indian guy, he couldn’t care less and practically yelled to me about not being his fault!!!! Stay away from this place. Sadly, I later found out that other people had been treated the same and even found insects in their food. Gross – don’t say you were not warned!!!!

I ordered the 10-piece tenders on Tuesday for $10 (normally $19.99) and they were excellent, which is why I returned on Jan 1st to order a 5-piece through the app. Unfortunately, the store was closed when I arrived, so I waited until the next day. The manager, Maria, told me I could pick the order up at 5pm.
When I received the tenders, they tasted stale and old, like they had been sitting aside since opening. They were nothing like the fresh quality I previously experienced, and I was truly disappointed. I would have asked for a replacement but they act like someone is trying to get over on them. I nibbled off what I could.

I had a terrible experience at your KFC location, and Anna was the reason why. Her attitude towards customers is completely unacceptable. She was rude, dismissive, and didn’t even bother to listen to my questions properly. When I asked for the manager, she told me the manager, Jon, wouldn’t be in until tomorrow, as if it wasn’t her responsibility to address the issue or provide proper service. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and reflects poorly on your brand. I expect better from KFC, and I hope immediate action is taken to improve how customers are treated at this location.
