No stars for food because it’s terrible.
I ordered tom yum soup, customer service is lazy with communication.
The restaurant was empty during lunch, that alone I should have just went somewhere else. My food took 5 minutes to prepare for take out, usually every place is 10-15 minutes. So it’s probably old. They give no eating utensils or napkins for take out..The food itself was warm, not hot and didn’t even look appetizing. This was the worst tom yum soup I’ve ever seen, extremely greasy and oily.. idk where they got the idea to make it this way but it was not tom yum soup, it tasted disgusting and greasy. Oil doesn’t belong in Thai soup at all.. Nothing about this is tom yum soup.. not to mention the fact the menu lists all of the ingredients for the soup and oil isn’t one of them… so what the heck. Maybe look up recipes online or ask other Thai places for advice so you can make better food. Not sure where the chilli paste was at but hey it’s no good in tom yum soup anyway. Nothing even worth going back to or trying to get the $8 back for a “soup”. I would hate to see what the rest of the menu looks like when prepared.

This is our third time here and every time has been great. It’s a really quiet place. Lettuce wraps are always a must. This time I tried the pad Thai which was delicious.

Strongly advise against dining here. DONT EAT HERE. They burnt my food, and their customer service is a joke! My experience was beyond disappointing.
I asked for a refund for the burnt dish, not the entire order, a fair and reasonable request considering I couldn’t even eat it. Instead, they insisted on in-store credits, requiring me to return the food. With a 30-minute drive and having already spent an hour getting there, expecting me to come back for some $20 credit to eat your terrible food again is crazy!! I waited patiently to hear back for a couple weeks but nothing was done so I’m writing this review.
To add insult to injury, the rest of the order was equally disastrous – Pad Garlic burnt, Pad Thai with overcooked noodles, and Chicken Satay dry. Not a single item on the order met the basic standards.
For a restaurant to push “in-store credit” as a resolution, they should reflect on whether their food has any value worth coming back for. I wouldn’t spend another dime here. Save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere for a decent Thai meal.

I was just in there 12/27, I come in frequently and have deliveries through there frequently, the server/host is always rude, and other customers have agreed. This time instead of acknowledging that someone even walked in, she sat in the corner by the kitchen on her phone, and then walked past me without saying a word. I have worked in the food service industry for years, and I could never treat any customer, delivery or carryout that way.

We ordered carryout of Phuket Thai on a Friday. First off, they give you huge portions as we were able to eat leftovers the next two days. The Pad Thai was decent but actually was better reheated the next two days than the day we ordered it. The low point of the meal was the hot and sour soup as it didn’t have much flavor. On the other hand, the Long Song (peanut curry) dish and Tom Yum soup were amazing!
We will definitely order carryout again but will most likely avoid the hot and sour soup.

This was a DoorDash order so my review is for food only. Chicken Pad Thai was order medium with added mushrooms. The food was not great. Spice level was very mild and there were no added mushrooms. Chicken was quite over cooked as though it was reheated. Overall first impression of this restaurant was not good.

First time here. Food was awesome and more than generous portions! Lots of left-overs. Mom had Drunken Noodles with imitation crab, I had Drunken Noodles with chicken extra spicy (and, it was!!), Dad had the seafood combo. Good food, will be back for sure!

Um bean sprouts in pad Thai should not be blue just because I’m black don’t mean I don’t know what Thai food look like I been ordering Thai food for years. Rude racist lady mad I wanted a refund she wouldn’t give me one. When it’s not on a sign stating no refunds. Her attitude was disgusting. She said she don’t get paid enough lol well get a better job. It’s customer service or just do your job. Go to Mai spicy kitchen if your reading this review it’s about 2-4 minutes away straight down gratiot but if you hit 21 mile you’ve driven to far, the workers there are much much more kind. Anyways I’m not coming back here I’ve been a regular to them and I’m disappointed this here racist rude lady will drag a restaurant to bankruptcy. You need someone sweet and kind to run the front of a business.

Absolutely phenomenal food, I got the beef curry rice noodle, and my fiancé got chicken pad Thai, Both were very delicious and they gave us wonderfully large portion of food. There could be a little more protein in there, a little more chicken with a pad, Thai and a little more beef with the curry dish, but still absolutely delicious. The restaurant was very nice and clean, and the hostess was very kind, attentive, and helpful. Will absolutely come back, highly recommend.
