Just go. Literally, just come eat here.
I love the fusion style. The Peruvian style rotisserie chicken with the charcoal slow cooking method is just elite level chicken. I’m not even exaggerating, this chicken is the best I’ve had in this area. Next closest to this would be pío pío in NY. I will be spamming this place for my chicken needs.
I’ve also had the lomo fries which were perfection with the green sauce all over it. The beef sish combo was good, idk if I’d get it again but I wanted to try something different. They were also able to sub my salad for grilled veggies and that was highly appreciated.
All in all, love this place and I hope nothing but the best for this new business. Again, I repeat, just come eat here.

Ate at the actual restaurant and the vibes were great. The ladies were super nice and accommodated our every need.
I also order the anticuchos and they were so good I kinda wish they served it parillada style with grilled potato’s or something. But overall, another dish for the rotation.

We visited Fire & Spice in Bridgeport and this place did not disappoint! Everything was delicious and fresh, but the charcoal chicken really stood out, it’s a must try. We finished with the carrot cake and tres leches, and both desserts were the perfect ending to the meal.

Went here to check it out since it’s new and close to my work. The food was just okay, nothing special. What really disappointed me was the pricing. I ordered the buffalo chicken combo, which was clearly listed as $12.99, but I was charged $17. When I asked about it, the cashier said the price was printed wrong. I also ordered the mushrooms Burger, which shows two options on the menu (single or combo), but I was told they only sell it as a combo. Overall, the food wasn’t very delicious, and the pricing experience felt misleading.

So flavorful!!! Coming from a Colombian I can attest this Peruvian Restaurant has the best rotisserie chicken nearby hands down!
I would occasionally take a trip to queens NY since that would be the closest thing to Colombian rotisserie chicken but after eating at Fire & Spice for the first time today I will be saving the trip to NY and am now going to be a regular here!

Just tried Fire & Spice today, and wow—everything was incredible! The bacon cheeseburger was juicy and packed with flavor, and the chicken kebab was perfectly seasoned. I sampled every sauce (made from scratch) as well as their hummus, guac, and pico de gallo—all made fresh daily, and you can taste the difference. Honestly, every bite was a win. And don’t even get me started on the tres leches—pure heaven!

Finally, a place with truly delicious food in the area. The chicken has an excellent flavor, the burgers are great quality, the fries are clean and don’t taste like reused oil, and the beef stew is incredibly tasty. On top of that, the service is excellent , everyone is very friendly and attentive.

The service was very attentive and good with communication even after we had a hiccup with one order. They’re new, but I think the community is excited to have them as an option. The burgers are worth the price! The restaurant is clean. I even heard some customers raving about the bathroom lol so that’s something else to look forward to. Apparently, they run out of lobster quickly, so keep that in mind, in case you’re thinking about ordering that burger on a Friday night like we did. Hopefully, this place can stand the test of time.
