No idea how this place is still open, the orders are rarely correct. The bread is often stale the ingredients wilted the meat flavorless. And nowadays it’s expensive as all hell. Want to spend 15 $16 on a mediocre at best, sandwich… come on in.

I dont think this place is open anymore. The sign is not even up anymore and it was dead inside. If its not open change it on Google, cause I had to go to the one of of Morgan rd.

Food was okay. The guy that made my sandwich was cool but I almost drove by the place thinking it was abandoned because the grass and weeds were 1-2 feet tall. Who owns this place? Dude it’s spring, mow it. If you’re too cheap to pay someone to mow it, get a mower and do it yourself. It’s a tiny lot.

I’ve gone to this location 2-3 times in the past month. the first time I came I had a mobile order and was disregarded when I told them I had a mobile order, then waited about 5 minutes before they started making it, ok cool, however in the app it had said it was made. I had let it slide because there was only one person working in the front.
The second time I came in I ordered there, the lady had asked what meet I wanted “ham and what?” Is what she had said and I was like I just want a meatball sub I had never mentioned wanting ham, so I thought that was it on the ham thing. Then later before she put it in the toaster I saw it and I was like excuse me what is that, she was like it’s ham, and I had replied I didn’t want ham on it. Then she proceeded to argue with me about me saying I wanted ham, so I was like no maam you said ham I just want a normal meatball sub, and she rolled her eyes at me. I let that visit slide as well because she was an older woman so many she just misheard me, but her rolling her eyes at me was incredibly rude.
But this most recent time I made me realize they do not deserve and excuses. I will no longer order from this location, I had a mobile order, that said it was completed, I come in and wait. The man acknowledged me. I sat for over 15 minutes, watching other people just walk in and order their food. Without a wait. The man wore an AirPod in his ear and I watched him repeatedly ask customers to repeat theirselves and constantly saying “huh”
I understand having bad days, however it’s your job to do this, so do it right.

Was refused service tonight the lady told us she was closed with people still in the store and the open sign still on and the store hours are wrong on the door then and the lady was rude when we walked in she just started making the 2 guys orders definitely didn’t feel appreciated walking into this store

1st time at this store the gentlemen who served me was courteous and seemed genuinely eager to help. As soon as I walked in he greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. I ordered two foot longs one was steak and cheese the other was chicken bacon ranch. And sandwiches were great. I normally split the footlongs with my boyfriend, so we both get to try both sandwiches. The gentleman who made my sandwiches even offered to wrap the sandwiches to where one hald of steak and cheese and the chicken bacon ranch are wrapped together so I don’t have to make a mess when I’m giving it to my boyfriend for his lunch.

Apparently this subway refuses to answer their phone?
I placed an order through door dash and modification that aren’t possible to make on the app; I hoped to call right after places to make sure those modifications could be handled. Not during a peak time and couldn’t get an answer whatsoever. It’d be nice if the app had better modifications for sandwiches so I didn’t even have to call. But thanks for not answering, this place is otherwise great minus the lack of customer service.

I came here tonight around 730ish expecting to leave with a tuna footlong but instead I left this establishment grossed out by employee food handling. While I was the only one behind the customer already being helped I saw that the sandwich maker touch his face while preparing sandwich. He finished making sandwich and rung up customer and then came immediately up to me without changing out gloves and washing hands. I told him “nevermind” and walked out.

Don’t eat here unless you want to get sick! There was a dead fly on the ham and the meat smelled bad like something was rotting and they acted like it was the most normal thing out, just took the fly out
