I’d like to highlight Cindy for her outstanding service, bringing a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere to my Dunkin’ experience. My residence is situated exactly midway between the Marietta and Columbia Dunkin’ locations. I recently tried the Columbia location for the first time last month. As a result of Cindy’s service, I have not returned to the Marietta location. Cindy is undoubtedly the ideal employee to staff the window and engage with customers. Given her outstanding performance, I firmly believe she warrants a salary increase. Her dedication to customer satisfaction has not only earned the loyalty of existing customers but has also attracted new customers to the Columbia location, including friends and family members I’ve told.

The manager apologized over and over when she noticed I was sitting in there, and it made me chuckle overhearing the crew banter like a bunch of sailors. Just be mindful. If I had kids with me, or someone elderly they definitely would have been offended, or we would had to have thrown the “ear muffs up” other than that everything was great.

I have mixed emotions about this place. I’m here almost every day because it’s so close to my house. The only really good thing is the woman who works in the morning that leaves at 12pm, I’m not sure what her name is. She has so much energy, is so sweet and just the thing you need while being handed a cup of coffee in the morning!! She’s quick and efficient and my order is always correct when she’s there. That’s the positive. The negative is everything that happens when she’s NOT working. The establishment is the literal opposite. Slow, inefficient and lifeless. If you go inside, there’s 5 people sta ding around doing nothing, making and drinking their own coffee and don’t even acknowledge you standing at the counter. At the drive through, you wait and wait just for the order to most likely be wrong and given to you by very bleak individuals. Basically, give that woman a raise and hire people who enjoy their jobs!

I love coming to this store because they always get my order correct! Cindy has such a wonderful attitude and I appreciate that she knows me by name!! She never lets me down and always remains positive! She’s quick but most importantly, thorough! Give her a raise immediately!

I should have read the reviews before going through the drive thru and trying to order. They gave me another customers order and clearly cant read numbers as per the picture attached. I paid for a large and got a medium. Smh

Drive through is crazy slow. Waited 17 minutes for 2 coffees and just two cars ahead of me. This is why starbucks is so much better.

Friendly staff with good attitudes. A special shout out to the drive thru staff for dealing with us coming through the drive through. Special shout out to the guy taking tablet orders in black long sleeves in the sun. With a smile on his face the entire time.

Do people not know how to speak? Got to the window, the guy working the drive thru didn’t say one word to me. NO Hi, NO “Your total is”….handed me my card back, I said “thank you” and then crickets. Then some lady handed me my drink, also didnt say one word to me, even after I said “thank you”. There was no “you’re welcome, have a good day”. Man POOR customer service at its finest.
