The service was not very timely & I disliked the drink that was given(the server recommended cause my original choice was gone). And I was told I still had to pay for it even if they switched the drinks out. The Manager said she wouldn’t remove it. It was my birthday celebration & was not having a good time in the corner of the small outside patio. Also, they came out and turned the music up on the small speaker above the door so loud we couldn’t even order anything it was so loud.

Around 12:30 a.m. on December 31, my friends and I visited this establishment. The music was good, and we ordered a hookah and requested menus. The hookah arrived, but the menus never did. About 10 minutes later, a staff member (huge African American man) came out from the back and spoke to us very rudely, telling us we needed to get up because we hadn’t ordered anything, even though we were already smoking our hookah. We decided to leave—not because we didn’t plan to order, but because of his attitude. This place could be much better with more courteous customer service. Women should also be aware that if you’re wearing heels, seating may be restricted unless you are continually ordering food or drinks.

Came here on a Monday night and I’m happy I decided to come here. It got crowded quick but my friends and I sat outside.
Outdoor had both high tables/stools and couches. The bathroom was also okay compared to other places.
The server that showed us to our seats was just amazing. She was nice and welcoming (good videos). The server who actually took our order was okay. She did check on us frequently but her vibe/attitude was a little off (she probably was just having a bad day). The music was on point, a good balance of different genres.
The drinks were pretty tasty and reasonable. They did however have a deal going on and in return you had the option to get a free shot OR drink but when I went to redeem it the bartender said it’s only for shots. If that’s the case they should update the sign because its gives us an option.

Loved the experience! Good hookah.. awesome food and prices.. a whole vibe.. GREAT music! I went real early.. 2:30 so there wasn’t a crowd at all… and yet it was still a whole vibe..

I love this place!! The service is top notch, the food surprised the f out of me (it’s amazing), don’t even get me started on the dope DJs, Owners/management 1000%, Hookah charcoals are always refilled, Lots of nice Big Booties, and they treat you like family. Cool hookah bar with awesome music (HipHop) and good vibes. Gets full pretty fast on the weekend. Majority of tables are reserved.
Only minus is the cheap liquor they use – but since this place is not supposed to be a cocktail lounge – I’ll keep 5 stars

Its a set up spot to get towed. Trash parking. Security guard just watched ppl get towed without saying anything. The hookah was terrible and the music sucked!

I have been to more than one Cru location and this one was by far the worst and to be honest, the only one where I’ve had a bad experience. If I could put zero stars I would. The customer service was horrible. My friends and I stood at the bar waiting while the bartender was on the phone. She never acknowledged us nor did she wait on us. To top it off we were the only people in there. The drink I had was horrible and the hookah was nasty. Also, we were definitely over charged. Hookah was $20, we each had one drink at $13 each(3 of us), the total came out to $90. The math didn’t math at all! -0/10, do not recommend.

Do not go there it took me over an hour to get a hold of my waitress and once I did I bought a hookah and was immensely overcharged. I tried contacting management and got no response.
