Terrible customer service feels like no one works here.. I have never waited so long for a small order in my life anywhere they had one customer my order was scheduled to be picked up at a certain time. It was 20 minutes late. I could’ve walked back there and made the order myself in two minutes. I really hope this place closes down. The food is bad. The service is terrible really gone downhill.

First time to this location and surely our last. Ordered the $30 Fill Up and was rather depressed to see the food we received, after we got home.
The bucket of chicken, 8 piece, was over cooked and you couldn’t distinguish whether it was original or extra crispy. Not to mention the amount of oil they had absorbed. The tenders were not much better. Tasted as if someone had added extra salt.
The sides were sad. They put them in the KFC Famous bowls. Two scoops of mashed potatoes in each container, mac n cheese was done the same (ordered a large as an additional side, not part of the fillup… no substitutes), biscuits weren’t fresh and were hard as a rock.
If you want chicken, go to Popeyes. Or, go across to Martins. They sell $5 small buckets of flavored wings, fried chicken, and other cooked chicken for your family.

Take away, Had me wait 15 minutes for fresh biscuits, and then didn’t put them in the bag, along with forgetting my cinnamon biscuits. The rest of the food must have been prepared at the time of placing order, cause it was certainly not fresh by the time we got back to the hotel (in the same parking lot) of course we were hungry, so we tried to enjoy it best we could, they did acknowledge what happened and when we went back gladly provided my family with the items ordered

Came here for lunch. Love the Colonel Sanders bench. The two guys working there were friendly and attentive. Our food was delicious. The restroom was okay. The only problem was that the floor super sticky.

As usual the chicken sandwiches we ordered were very good, and the fries were thick and crispy with a little seasoning on them. We went here because we had a coupon for 2 chicken sandwiches for 7.00 and we made sure to ask for the sandwiches that were on the coupon but when we got to the window they charged 9.00 for each sandwich after some time they finally got it right but then tried to give us some other order???
We handed them the ticket again and they finally gave us the right order. So if you are using a coupon let them know first before you order 2 sandwiches and 2 fries I know it was a difficult order to fill but I hope you have a better experience.

Counter person obviously did not want to be there today. 3 piece meal usually Includes breast, Leg, And thigh. However today I got two thighs and a leg. Dining room was freezing cold. Chicken tasted differently than any other KFC Ihave ever been in. Will never stop there again.
