I had worked all night, and hadn’t had dinner the night before. I wanted breakfast, and I have always loved the bagels from this franchise.

The staff was very nice, and I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a large coffee.

My mistake was ordering the egg and cheese with bacon sandwich. I didn’t know these were pre-made eggs that were heated in the microwave. The toasted bagel temperature contrasted with the bacon and egg that was heated up in the microwave. The cheddar cheese didn’t melt at all.

I’ll be back, because their bagels are awesome. The staff at this location was also very nice. But I wish I had known about the breakfast sandwich ahead of time. I would’ve ordered a bagel and cream cheese instead.

I came to this location today to eat breakfast with Fiancé. He chose to come here because it was his birthday. When I placed my order I got an Italian trio on Asiago. I asked for it to toasted assuming it was going to be warmed. When I received my food and it was cold. My fiancé went up to an older woman with white short hair who was working the register and told her it was cold and if they could reheat it. Another kind woman said she would remake it. I’m not one to complain about food but when you get something and you expect it to be warm you should get your food warmed. The older woman he originally went up to was helping someone and me and my fiancé were sitting at a table and I said I felt bad that they had to remake it but that I can’t eat a cold sandwich that should be warmed and she over heard and yelled across the restaurant and said “it was toasted” mind you we weren’t speaking to her we were speaking to each other. My fiancé replied “then why was the sandwich cold” and she didn’t respond. She then continued to talk about this issue with the other employees while my fiancé and I were sitting there listening to her speak. So when I finally received my food it was so uncomfortable eating because of everything she was saying. It was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I don’t know her name or if she is a manager but I thought people should be aware how certain employees treat customers here and the awful experience I had. They need to do better.

Love the food here but the customer service is terrible. It’s a recent favorite for my family but every time I have came, I have got some sort of attitude. This location is closer to my home but at this point, I’d rather take the drive to the palos location. I overheard an employee say how she hates people because she was bothered that a customer asked a question then made the comment “like were not busy.” This has always been a busy restaurant, think that’s what you sign up for when you apply.

I recently visited your Oak lawn location after having a wonderful experience at your Palos store. While there with my daughters, one of your employees began laughing and pointing at my child, which made us very uncomfortable. When I asked what the issue was, I was told outside drinks weren’t allowed — which I completely understand — but the situation could have been handled much more respectfully.

As a mother of a daughter who struggles with bipolar disorder and suicidal thoughts, this incident deeply affected me. You never know what someone is going through, and kindness goes a long way. I also couldn’t help but wonder if we were treated differently because we are Hispanic.

I hope this feedback encourages your team to show more compassion and professionalism in the future.

Unfortunately today was just not their day. I come here pretty often but today there was problem after problem. First my trio sandwich came with half the meat it usually does. Then my wife’s chicken and bacon bagel came with one half missing chicken in it and all of it missing bacon. My kid’s chicken and bacon panini came with no bacon. All while still charging me full price for all my sandwiches. I’m very disappointed!

Came here on a business trip stopped in for a “Bagel” definitely more like a roll of bread and definitely overpriced . Coffee was definitely delicious. The service was rude and obnoxious!! What ever happened to service with a smile???

Employees are not friendly too long of a weight. The process is not easy. It feels like the store is burning from how much smoke there is do not recommend it.

There are two women in this bagel place that are so rude. Everything bothers them. There was a customer who asked another worker for cup holder, the woman who is rude was like the straw is there. Not even knowing what was asked. These two women are so miserable that they are rude to customers. I will never come here again. Bagels were not even great. Toaster broken didn’t even say anything.
