Honestly, the best thing about Chick-fil-A is that it’s right next to Seven Brew—because that’s where Kylie Walden works. Kylie is hands-down the highlight of my day every time I stop by. Her energy, kindness, and customer service are unmatched, and she makes every visit feel personal and fun. I mean… Order food through the drive through. They have a lane for just mobile and the second lane for ordering there. Doesn’t make any sense at all as you see from the pictures. The wait is worse bc of this. However made this change need to switch it back or I am predicting they will lose customers.

The incompetence is unreal. Last week I ordered two 12 piece grilled nuggets on my way home from work. Got home and saw that we were both friend. Called and talked to a manager who offered me free 12 piece grilled nuggets next time. So tonight, I go the same process, explaining that last time I got fried instead of grilled. But guess what I found once I got home (Wentzville)? Yep…2 boxed of 12 piece fried nuggets! ♀️ I give up

Good food fastly prepared with fast service considering how busy they were. The parking situation is less than adequate though. I need to reduce this rating but for some reason for some reason I’m unable to reduce the amount of stars. I have to edit this because while visiting today the person at the counter whose name I did not get what can described as a thin Asian woman was absolutely very rude and had such an attitude which is not what we have come to expect from Chick-fil-A I watched her treat an elderly woman like that and I turned around and walked out of the store.

The best CFA I’ve been to by far. The staff are friendly, genuine, and seem to work well together; the leaders are present and engaged; and the overall culture exceeds even the high expectations of a CFA. The restaurant is always clean and speedy, and I am neverendingly delighted by the cow statue outside. Keep up the good work, Hawk Ridge CFA!

Used a gift card and had $40 left on it. The guy at the first window whose name was Grant offered not to give the gift card back. That is literally theft. I had to ask for my own card back. Completely unacceptable behavior and wildly unprofessional. What is wrong with you people?
