With group of 17 people, I visited this travelling all the way 1hour from Newbridge because local Indians told good Indian food is served in restaurant owned & run by Bangladeshi. Though I was bit reluctant because of Bangladeshi angle told by people but found to be quite better than many restaurants run in the name of Indian restaurants in Ireland by Pakistanis & Bangladeshi.
Alu Tikki chat, Samosa Chat , Paneer cuisines, Dal tadka, other veg dishes , Roti, Naan, Biryani etc were good and tasty and didn’t disappoint as normally happened with restaurants branded as Indian restaurants in Ireland, UK.
I chose Keema Pav for myself and I was highly satisfied with taste and content & I just forgot my apprehension that I had before visiting restaurants.
Serve was good and serving staff took well care of us.
Suggest do visit for better experience.

I moved to Ireland two years ago, and Khushee has been my go-to ever since. I’m not a great cook, so I order from here often — and every time it feels like food from my own country.
The Tadka Daal with Coriander Naan is my favourite — comforting, authentic, and full of flavour. Even the music adds to the experience and makes me miss home in the best way. Highly recommended if you’re craving real Indian food in Dublin.

Had one of the best experiences of desi cuisine in Dublin. Thanks to Sowra who helped me have the dishes to suit the weather and keep me relaxed at the same time. The dahi samosa chat is a must try and the daal tadka too! Shoutout to the team for hosting us. Keep it up guys!

I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit. Despite ordering three different dishes, they all seemed to be based on the same sauce, which made the entire experience feel inauthentic and repetitive. To make matters worse, two out of the three dishes were noticeably off, raising serious concerns about food quality and hygiene. I strongly believe this establishment needs a health inspection as soon as possible.
The manager’s attitude was unhelpful and frankly rude, showing a lack of concern for customer satisfaction. However, the chef was lovely and genuinely apologetic, which was a bright spot in an otherwise terrible experience.
We were a group of 14, and to add insult to injury, we were automatically charged a 12.5% service charge for a service we didn’t even receive. Once the food was served, there was a complete absence of staff, leaving us with no one to address our complaints to. Overall, a very poor experience that I cannot recommend

Had dinner and takeaway here a few times over the last couple years. Overall the food is good but found the portions to be small for the price. The garlic naan is delicious. Only ever took photos of the Gold Leaf Gulab Jamun dessert as it was so beautiful, but unfortunately it was much too sweet to enjoy.
The service is great and the staff is very attentive with quick service. The restaurant is spacious, clean, and well-decorated.

Extremely disappointing experience. As soon as we arrived at the restaurant, there was a very unpleasant smell at the entrance, which already raised concerns about cleanliness, especially the bathrooms. We had a reservation for 1:00 PM, but once upstairs we were told the restaurant only opened at 1:30 PM, which made no sense.
To make things worse, when we tried to order drinks, we were informed that drinks would only be available at 3:30 PM. This was not communicated anywhere in advance. This visit was meant to celebrate a special occasion — a birthday — and the lack of organization, poor communication, and overall unprofessionalism completely ruined the experience.
Very frustrating, and unfortunately not a place we would recommend.

Solid indian restaurant. The starter, lamb sheek kebab, was great. The main, dhungar chicken makgani, was missing the smoke flavour that you expect for smoked chicken meat but was good otherwise.
Service was o.k., the interior of the place is fine but the background music is a tad too loud and annoying after some time.

I visited this restaurant on a short weekend away in dublin with my family and was absolutely appalled by the service we received as well as the horrific food.
We ordered multiple different items on the menu and were extremely disappointed with everything, as someone who enjoys desi food almost daily this was the worst i have ever had. Three of the curries received had an awful odour indicating the meat was not fresh and the chicken in the mixed grill could have been used as a weapon with how hard and dry it was.
When I addressed this with the so called manager
FAHAD i was met with vile behaviour and hostility resulting in a chef from the kitchen arriving and attempting to hold him back to calm him down. For a group of girls this behaviour portrayed by him was not only frightening but also extremely unprofessional the lack of accountability for the poor service and food received was unacceptable and for anyone reading stay well away from this restaurant and business as a whole.

Cosy interiors providing great ambiance, welcoming staff providing great service. Food was average, can do better. We were there on a Monday evening and it was still fairly crowded.
Do recommend the masala fries, you get it just like in India with a good sprinkle of chaat masala, not the ones like here with onion and peppers. The nan was also super soft and the curries were okay. Dessert (rice kheer) looked very delicious as you can see in the photos here but would not recommend at all. The rice was not properly infused in the milk. That can definitely improve.
