Ordered through the drive thru, pulled up to the window to pay and handed the gentleman card for payment. I asked if they can place blizzards in a paper bag instead of a drink carrier. The gentleman advised the female to place the blizzards in a paper bag and she rolled her eyes, like it’s a big hassle to remove from a drink carrier. This place needs to re-train their employees on customer service. Also, went in two weeks prior to purchase a cake and the service was horrible. This establishment is very stingy with any ingredients that are added to blizzards. Will never patronize this establishment ever again.

So I ordered a 4 piece honey bbq tender basket with honey mustard and ranch, the lady who took my order repeated it back to me, got to the window paid had to pull up and wait about 5 minutes then I get home it’s just plain strips and no honey mustard

I ordered two chili cheese dogs… simple order. They were the nastiest most disgusting chili cheese dogs I’ve ever had. The hot dogs were deep fried and were hard, the chili was blackened and very clearly burnt and God only knows how old, and the cheese was hard orange rubber. Absolutely disgusting. And I had to wait 15 minutes for that trash. Never stopping at this location again.

I have had problems before with their shakes being like drinking cold milk so today I said I’ll pay the extra price and ordered an extra thick shake……well on the way home I took a drink of it and just like cold milk. I called and the guy was very rude to me and said I had to bring the shake right back or he could not do anything about it. I told him I was already at home and he said I would have to bring this shake back right now or he could not give me another one. I told him I could not come back right now and that I would never come back there again!!!!!!!

My husband went to get a meal and found a long blue hair in his food. When he asked for new food, the employee walked inside for about 30 seconds and walked right back out. It is impossible to make new food in the amount of time he walked back in. So they took our money and violated health and safety standards because clearly they felt like it.

I went there today at about 8:00pm and the inside doors were locked. They then stated that they “were too busy in the drive thru” to have the lobby opened? I then went through the drive thru and was greeted very rudely. I understand being busy, but that’s no excuse to be rude. People were being turned away from the front doors.

New Manager is a true piece of work. Treats employees like animals, yelling at them in front of customers, food is cold and old. I called to explain the situation and he hung up on me. I called back and an employee stated he was on break.
This store is going to loose customers very quickly.

I have been going to this DQ for some years and this was the worst food we’ve ever gotten. The burger look like it was just thrown in the box, very sloppy mayonnaise all down in the box, I requested no ketchup and it was on there, the cheese was not even melted. My husband tenders were hard the fries looked old and the burger and fries were not hot. I was very disappointed at my food. I don’t know if I will be going back soon. I feel like I should be given my money back, because the food was not worth the money it was terrible, if we lived close I would have taken it back. I hope a manager sees this review.
