I ordered a Hawaiian Pizza and got my son to pick it up. To my surprise when we opened up the pizza there was not a single pineapple? I called the store to let them know that our Pizza was missing the key ingredient. The lady that picked up the phone said she will let the Manager know and see if they can do something for us and that the Manager will call me back. We finally just ate the Pizza after waiting to see if we would get a call back. No one called, very disappointing.
Update: The manager called the next day to make things right and offered a free Pizza. I appreciate that he took the time to follow up on the issue.

Nice place to visit if you are in the mood for pizza. The location is easy to get to, brand new (about 6 months old at the time of this review) and in a nice new shopping center. The restaurant was very clean, well decorated and taken care of. I talked to three different staff members when there and all were nice as can be. Food was pretty good but on the expensive side to me. A personal pizza was $11 (large $19). For the same price I can go to lots of other pizza places and get a large or XL pizza and still save some money. If budget is not an issue then you will love this place. If you are a cheap old man like me then you will find this place to be a little too expensive. None the less we had a good time, and it is worth giving a try. The images I am loading show various personal pizza’s we enjoyed during our visit.

This was my first time eating here, and I was kinda reluctant at first because I was biased when it came to good pizza. I was not let down. We had the Don and King pizza. Both glcame out piping hot and delicious. The only thing I didn’t care for was when the establishment asked for a tip at the register, and any extra service beyond that point was non-existent. I’m all for helping someone out, but I want to do it on my own accord. Not a deal breaker and we’ll be back.

I ordered food tonight and took advantage of their Monday night deal: buy one 10″ or 14″ pizza with two toppings or less and get the second one for free. I called in my order for one 10″ pizza with pepperoni and cheese and another with chicken and cheese, specifically asking for this deal.
However, when I arrived to pick up my order, I was charged for both pizzas. The staff informed me that they wouldn’t be able to change it, even though they had confirmed that one pizza should have been free. Since it was already entered into the system this way, they said it couldn’t be adjusted. My only options were to pay full price or leave without any food.
I have been a loyal customer of Crust Pizza for over 10 years, starting at the location in Alden Bridge and also visiting the ones in Woodforest and Tomball, where I always enjoyed great food and excellent service.
I was really excited when Crust opened a location closer to my home, but after visiting this new place about 15 times, I’ve found that more than half of my experiences have involved mediocre service, incorrect orders, or failure to honor their advertised deals. This has been quite disappointing, and at this point, I think it’s worth driving the extra 15 minutes to ensure I receive my order correctly.
Update: Today, the restaurant owner reached out to me by phone, apologized for the issues, and refunded my order. I truly appreciate that she took the time to demonstrate that they genuinely value their customers, rather than just providing a standard administrative reply to a negative review and making no real effort to fix it. I hope that these issues get fixed because, to me, their pizza is better than all the other pizza restaurants in the Magnolia area.

Had several prior issues with pizza being made incorrectly and Jennifer went above and beyond to correct them! She is awesome and deserves recognition! I went in again tonight and again she was in there cleaning tables, asking customers how their food was and just doing an all around great job! She should be the manager!!!

Frequented many of their locations around town – this is a new spot not too far from me. It’s a self-serve kinda place – you walk up and place your order at the counter. Food arrives at your table when ready but you are on your own with drinks, napkins & silverware.
The food has been very consistent and quite good (we’ve had inconsistency at the other locations). Our go to is usually pizza or calzone along with a salad and pepperoni rolls. The rolls are soft squishy meaty pizza pillows – super addictive and delicious. Calzone (in this case) was baked to perfection; generous ingredients spread throughout and super satisfying.
I’d put this at 5 stars if you were provided additional service while seated. Drink refills, extra plates, a side of something, etc. Some people will ask if they are roaming the dining area but most of the (young) staff ignore you. Kinda irks me to be asked to pay a tip upfront when you are hardly getting any service. ♂️

The customer service at Crust Pizza Magnolia was excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive. The speed of service was amazing, our food arrived quickly and piping hot. The food quality was top-notch, each bite bursting with flavor. The value for money was good, generous portions at reasonable prices. The restaurant was also very clean, adding to the overall enjoyable dining experience.
