We had the Shahi Paneer and the palak Paneer. Super delicious but a bit spicy, specially the Palak panner. I think you should ask for mild if you don’t eat spicy food! Loved the mango lassi and the masala chai
The jalebi was absolutely amazing — perfectly crispy on the outside and beautifully soaked in sugar syrup on the inside. It was fresh, warm, and had the perfect balance of sweetness. Every bite was crunchy and juicy at the same time!
The carrot halwa was absolutely delicious and full of authentic flavor. It was perfectly cooked, soft, and rich with the natural sweetness of carrots. The texture was smooth and creamy, with just the right amount of ghee.
The dry fruits added a lovely crunch, and the balance of sweetness was just perfect — not too heavy, not too sugary. It tasted fresh and homemade, just like traditional Indian carrot pudding should.
This has become our new favourite restaurant and we are so delighted to finally have a good restaurant in Valleyfield to patronize.
Every dish we ordered was abounding with fresh flavours and spices: lamb bhuna, special kofta dish with puréed spinach, veg thali. The nan and rice dishes were beautiful as well.
They also offer buffet lunch from 11-3 every day except Wednesdays, when they are closed.
The owners are lovely people and eager the please.
They have taken over what was once a greasy spoon on the main drag of Grand Île blvd and turned it into an establishment serving a symphony of flavours and fragrances.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Did i mention the amazing variety of food choices with the different cultures present on the menu?
