Had a wonderful lunch experience at CIRCA today — the vibe was warm, modern, and relaxed, perfect for a mid-day meal. The space is open and inviting with just the right balance of energy and comfort.
The food was excellent and beautifully presented. The steak and eggs were perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful, paired nicely with roasted potatoes and grilled asparagus. The crab and spinach omelet was another standout — creamy, rich, and filled with fresh crab meat and greens, served with a crisp, refreshing side salad. Everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor.
The service truly made the experience even better. Ramsy, the bartender, was friendly, attentive, and personable — he made us feel welcome right away. Dave, the manager, was equally impressive, checking in with guests and ensuring everything ran smoothly. You can tell he genuinely cares about the guest experience.
This is definitely one of my favorite lunch spots in Tysons — consistent, classy, and delicious every time. Will be back to try dinner.

BAR REVIEW. Came here Saturday afternoon for drinks—we sat at the bar, but restaurant itself was pretty empty. Bartender made tasty cocktails—we tried the Vodka Mojito, Blackberry Margarita, So Fresh & So Green, and a Vodka Passionfruit cocktail. My friend got the Beignets and loved it!

We were excited to try this restaurant last Friday, but left underwhelmed. Despite the dining room not being busy, it took a long time for a server to approach our table. When he did, he was so soft-spoken it was difficult to hear him, and he seemed unsure of himself. The appetizer was especially disappointing—the Brussels sprouts were described as sautéed but arrived looking nearly raw, which the first bite confirmed. When we mentioned this, the server argued instead of addressing the issue. Our entrées were prepared well enough but lacked anything memorable, and the sarcastic tone in which our server later asked, “Are the scallops cooked to your liking?” made the experience worse. Between the overpriced dishes and uncomfortable service, we don’t plan to return.

Circa at The Boro is a great spot if you’re going for quality food and a relaxed, stylish atmosphere. Everything we ordered was delicious, especially the shrimp and grits, which were flavorful and perfectly cooked. The avocado toast was fresh and well done, and the beignets were light and tasty. The only small miss was that the beignets could’ve used a bit more powdered sugar to really give them that authentic touch. Overall, a very enjoyable meal and definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area.

The calamari appetizer was okay, lacking a unique flavor. The circa burger was fantastic and I would recommend that. I ordered a mint julep cocktail from the bar and was given a mule instead, the mule was good so I didn’t bother me. Overall good burger and a nice atmosphere, definitely recommend.

My fiancé and I came here for restaurant week tonight. Edwin, our waiter was so friendly and offered the best food recommendations! The chicken wings for starters Along with their braised short rib Were delicious. We ended the night with the infamous banana bread pudding, and this did not disappoint! I am so glad we came and would definitely come back again! Thank you, Edwin for the amazing night!

We tried Circa in Arlington and liked it. Since its new location opened in Boro and we knew about it, we decided to try it. The food exceeded our expectations, and we enjoyed our dinner with tasty food and delicious drinks that were perfectly paired together. We felt the Tuna Poke Nacho had a dense flavor, and the nachos were not crispy because of the sauce covering them but enjoyable. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was pleasant as our table was further from the bar area.

This was my first time visiting Circa, and overall I enjoyed it. My friend and I arrived early and were glad our table was already ready. The host was friendly, and the service was good. The restaurant was also nice and clean.
Nothing really stood out as being unique compared to other places, but it was a pleasant experience. I ordered the chicken quinoa bowl, which was good but nothing special. I did think the prices were a little high especially the bar items for the type of restaurant, though that may be due to the location.
Overall, I was satisfied with my visit and would recommend Circa.

Went tonight. Thought it was excellent, intend to try out their sister restaurants. Service was excellent, but food was very good. Enjoyed the Pretzel Roll, and for 8 bucks thought was decent deal. Got the Braised Short Rib. A little small, but excellent meat, perfectly cooked, loved the sauce. Inside was kind of spartan, but don’t really care. Overall a winner, you should check it out if you like good food. Also, comped parking, which is below and was easy to get in and out of. A winner. Ignore the (saw a few) haters.
