I honestly don’t understand why, but this McDonald’s can be somewhat of a coin flip. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is always clean. If you are ordering for more than one or two, you can usually expect to have to wait in the second drive-through line. This I honestly don’t mind at all, assuming that my food is being made fresh. No excuse for half filled, cold or soggy fries and sloppy sandwiches. I absolutely hate leaving negative reviews, but it’s an issue that needs to be addressed. Again, the faces you see and the employees you talk to are always friendly. My feelings on prepared food, regardless of the restaurant, is that it should be given to me the way you would like to receive it if you were the one paying for it.
I’ve updated my review. After some time has passed and issues have been addressed, it seems as though things are improving.

McDonald’s as a company is ridiculous. Pure greed and stupidity. My breakfast was ordered at 10:40 though the app. Because people weren’t using both both drive-through lines. I waited for over 20 mins to get to the 2nd speaker that nobody was using and gave my mobile order code at 11:01. Not only was I told that my order would not be fulfilled, but that they could substitute items on my order at an extra charge to me. And that I should receive a refund for my original order in 1 to 5 business days. My original order for my family was going from $15 to almost $30. The app recognizes when you arrive at the restaurant. This is completely ridiculous. Honestly, its better for my overall health and I won’t feel like garbage in an hour, so I guess it’s a gift that their system is complete trash. If you arrive and are stuck in line, change your order to curbside or in-store pickup and send it by 10:59. But honestly, consider your life choices, drive home, and eat something real. Im not saying I’ll never eat here again, sometimes it’s the best option, but this company hates you. I want to reiterate that my opinion doesn’t fall on the employees. Most of them are fantastic. It’s the structure they are forced to work under.

Doesn’t ever seem to have any of the specials or promotional offerings… Most recently completely unable to order the arch burger or any of the hot honey options. The service and order accuracy has always been egregiously poor, but you’d think that attempts would be made over the years to improve things… I guess not. And somehow the cost of all of this slop has skyrocketed to the point where it’s not even worth it? Somebody make any of this make sense.

I am a customer as well as a DoorDasher, 11 o’clock picking up an order as well as getting something to eat the little white skater looking guy working was very rude and disrespectful to me for no reason, I was very kind the entire time he had an attitude and slammed the drive-through window in my face through my order in my truck. I will never go here again and I would recommend avoiding this one after 8 o’clock unless you like to be verbally abused for no reason by night staff!!! Such a terrible experience.

5 stars for the girls working yesterday around 1pm. Never had such nice service at a McDonald’s. Fast and efficient. Even remembered salt and ketchup in the bag, only had to ask once.

Placed an order for 3 big Macs and 2 large fries. Received equivalent of 1 large fries and 1 complete Big Mac. Called the restaurant and was hung up on twice because Gary the manager said he bagged my order and everything was perfect. He never even gave me the chance to comment on the Big Macs. I understand that everyone is short handed and would prefer to wait a couple more minutes to ensure properly made food. This visit was completely ridiculous! Oh yeah and the fries weren’t even cooked all the way.

Worst pull forward I’ve ever seen. I feel like this location should avoid doing it for more than one or two people. My car almost got sideswiped. And if someone’s parked for delivery pick ups, you can’t even get in the parking lot. Seems like a huge safety issue to me.

One of the worst mcdonalds I’ve ever seen. Constantly underfilling fries, selling nuggets that are stuck together and undercooked, as well as constantly retiming their meat. You can see from front desk when they press the buttons again to refresh the product. This place is a constant health code violation and if you care about your safety don’t eat here
