I walked in and was greeted by Brenda. She was putting more food out. I told her I wanted the bowl, she didn’t really seem like she wanted to wait on me. I asked for the chow mein and the kung Pao chicken and I was about to ask for an order of the cream cheese rangoons and stopped me saying it’s only 1 entree and 1 side. I was like, I know that. Then she hurried me through, she didn’t ask if I wanted any sauces. If I wasn’t hungry I would have walked out. Patience people Patience. Not impressed with Brenda.

Went to Panda as it’s a favorite of the family and we were traveling. There was 4 people on staff standing behind the counter, and the main girl was a bit sassy, but I expect that from younger workers. It was 9:17 when I came into the building. The lady at the counter (THICK makeup to accent those eye rolls) refused service due to not having enough cooked food and only selling what they had. We had a fairly big order and would be using all that was cooked. Why say they are open until 10 if they stop service after 9:15? Also, selling all the fairly old looking food at the counter. Don’t they have expiration times?

Definitely not our home town Panda that genuinely earns their paycheck.

all pandas are pretty much equal because they are chains and pretty consistent across the board. but sometimes you get a particular server who is beyond helpful and friendly and tonight i have to say that alexiia was that server.

she had service with a smile, offered me a drink because i had to wait a mere two minutes for some fresh orange chicken, and then made sure my food was packed up quickly and efficiently.

just had to point out that she was great.

Very clean restaurant, very nice employees, felt very attended.

Only down side is the food, chicken has too much bread, tastes hard. The beef broccoli, the beef has this off flavor, broccoli is crunchy and ok.

Panda Express has changed dramatically ever since COVID, the noodles are no longer thick and some ingredients have changed.

I’m not coming back to this restaurant again, and NO I don’t recommend this restaurant.

Alec, I think he is the manager, is super lovely, and so is the rest of the staff—nice, quick, easy service. I was in Palm Springs for just one day, and before heading back to Los Angeles, I needed to buy some food for the way that would keep me going. I got the orange chicken, rice, and noodles.

Went to this location for lunch on a Monday at around 1:00pm and it was very busy.
The key around waiting in line is ordering on the app.
But for some reason you can’t add a fountain drink at this location when ordering a meal deal. Weird glitch. Please fix it.
The order I placed was ready on time.
Everyone on the staff was VERY BUSY and kept the line moving quickly. The kitchen team really hustled and kept all the food well stocked and fresh.
I had the black pepper chicken and thought it was great. Steamed rice and chow mein sides and they too were great!
Generous portions of each all around for the bowl I ordered. I was pleasantly full after my lunch.
The volume level at this location is medium to noisy. If you’re looking for a quiet place to eat, I wouldn’t choose this place. Regardless of noise level, it’s very clean, with sufficient seating. Clean restroom. No outdoor seating. No drive through. Plenty of free parking.
Great location for a quick tasty meal.

The manager here, Melissa, has the best service attitude I have ever seen. She is patient, serious and full of smiles to every customer. Every time I see her smiling face, all my fatigue will be swept away. What surprised me most was that she could actually cook.。
