So my son and I went through the drive through at Schlotzskys they hardly wrapped up our original deluxe Schloltzsky sandwiches. We had to put it back together ourselves. The Strawberry lemonade is amazing their Broccoli cheese soup is good like always. Just wish my sandwich wouldn’t have been all over the place.

Well, we wanted breadsticks, they asked when we ordered. After both getting any, I went up and inquired. She said they weren’t on The ticket and that’s why, it will be a few minutes. Still no breadsticks. I ask again, and she replies “OH, you want breadsticks ?”
For the love of God !!! What is going on here today ? Lol. Well, the soup was good and hot at least. It’s my opinion, they need some better help tho. Best of luck on your next visit.

Took three tries to get my sandwich correct and the staff ignored me, avoided eye contact, and said, “thats not my job”. By the time the ingredients were correct, they skimped on the sauce and I just fet the level of Service and maturity was sub-par.
Sad, because I was really looking forward to eating here. Not what I remembered.

I placed my order through the Uber Eats app, and intended on picking it up while out running errands. I really should have just parked and went inside, because the drive-through took quite a long time. What’s worse is one of my sandwiches was missing. This is why I always check the bag before I drive away! I got back in the drive-through line (my mistake again) and got someone else on the speaker to take my order. I informed her of something missing, and she asked me to pull ahead. She took back the whole bag, (which was unexpected as I thought that was possibly unsanitary), and promised me new fresh sandwiches. I waited a bit longer at the front of the store, still in my car, and she ran out with my bag and all my items. I appreciated her kindness and her swiftness in correcting the issue. I know the bag was not replaced entirely as the same pickle juice was leaking out the bottom, but I did have fresh & warm sandwiches. I enjoyed my lunch that day at home, as I always love their bread.

Food was okay at best. The pickle was mid. Soda machine wasn’t working and customers said something about it but no apologies about it and the employee just filled her cup in the back. The employee who helped us was nice, but we stood at the register for like 6 minutes waiting and had other employees just look at us and not help. The interior is nice looking but you can tell it hasn’t been taken care of. The soda machine was leaking water and it was all around it and the trashed were all pretty full.

I went here during lunch and at the time only had a 100 on me. I went through the drive thru, ordered my stuff, and when I went to the window I gave them a 100 and after they took it and left for a second, they gave it back and said we can’t break these and closed the window. I can understand about the 100 but they handled the situation terribly. No sorry or trying to find a solution, they just closed the windows and ran. Extremely disappointed

I was so excited to see this place and the drive through lady was very nice!!
Sadly, I ask for no tomatoes on my sandwich, 1 request- just one and they were not real busy… WHY did I have to pick tomatoes of my sandwich? She repeated my order, saying “no tomatoes”.
Below is a picture of the receipt that says NO tomato.
Sad to see you go but it’ll be a long time before I come back there!

O love their Giant Deluxe Original sandwich with everything on it and add Avocado. So that is what I got and It was prepared fresh, quickly and tasted amazing! Thank y’all for such a wonderful and great tasting experience. The center of the Cinnamon Rolls really hit the spot so thanks again!

The staff and building are nice and new/clean. Food was nothing great. The meat reminded me of firehouse but the bred was dry. Loaded potato soup was bland and not worth $5.49 for the small cup. Overall, almost $22 for a meal and it wasn’t worth it.
