I hate leaving bad reviews for local, small business owned shops, but our first experience at this location was less than ideal. I tried calling to place the order, but the phone just rang until it went to voicemail. I went ahead and ordered online and noted for our meat lovers pizza that we wanted to swap the pepperoni for hamburger because of allergies. I was nervous about them not being able to get this note so I used the chat feature to send in a communication, but never heard back. Despite their being a note on their order ticket and the ticket on the box, the employees did not make the pizza as requested. They were extremely friendly, and the pizza was still very good for me, but if they don’t follow the note submitted on the order they really seems to be no purpose for it.

Walked into this pizza place with no idea what to expect. The st louis style pizza was delicious. We loved the personable Gina. She was so welcoming and has a passion for her pizza. We will definitely be back!!! Yummmy!

Cusumano’s Pizza in Warrenton seriously impressed me. I ordered The Alexander, which is their version of a supreme, and it was outstanding. The toppings were generous, everything tasted fresh, and the balance of flavors was on point.
What really got me was the Provel. If you’re from the St. Louis area, you know exactly what I mean. It has that classic St. Louis Hills vibe and honestly rivals Imo’s. It even gave me a little Joe Bacardi’s nostalgia, which is saying something.
The crust had the perfect texture (though a little burnt), the sauce was flavorful without overpowering the toppings, and the whole pie just worked. You can tell they care about what they’re putting out.
I’ll absolutely be back for more. Warrenton is lucky to have a spot like this.

I love this pizza joint! Delicious St. Louis style pizza with cracker thin crust! A small cozy spot perfect for date nights or take out. The dining area is small with two person seating. So no big parties or loud environments. Sam, the owner came out to check on us during dinner. He is kind and personable. I can’t wait to go back!

First time in Cusumano’s last night and it was excellent. Service by everyone was great, and the owner personally ensured we were taken care of. The garlic bread is some of the best around and the spaghetti and meatballs were as good today as they were last night. Nice to have really good, local restaurants to choose from in Warrenton!

Outstanding St Louis style pizza, some of the best around. The freshly made crust really stands up to the toppings, remaining crisp, even on the center pieces. Salad was great too. Seating is limited to only a few small tables.

Not from warrenton, but always looking for great pizza and customer service! Found it!! Greeted with smiling faces as soon as you walk in and even met the owner! Pizza was fresh and delicious. Garlic bread is amazing! May have found my new favorite!!

Warrenton’s BEST STL style pizza! Thin crust, provel cheese, party cut, toasted ravioli, hill style garlic cheesy bread. Take out or dine in! We dined in and had a lovely dinner. Say hi to Sam!

We ordered 4 large pizzas, wings, ravs, and salads last night for delivery. Holy cow! They’re food is incredible!!! Let’s start with the pizza…..
Admittedly, we are transplants from north STL county now in Troy. Back in St. Louis, we had incredible pizza from places like Pirone’s and Faraci’s. We have missed that pizza and up until we discovered Cusumano’s, we’ve simply had to go without. Well I am happy to say that I’d put their pizzas sausage to sausage against any of the STL pizza shops any day. It was simply incredible!
The pizza was so well complemented by the house salads we ordered. They were nothing extravagant by any means, but even so – thy were oh so delicious and I wanted more!
Can it get better? YES! The buffalo wings and toasted ravioli we ordered as kicker sides were fantastic too! Big wings!
Can it get even more better? YOU BET! Because they offer delivery too!!! That’s something we never had back in STL at our favorite comparable pizza shops.
This has been such a wonderful discovery and I only wish we had found them sooner!
