We had a group that we needed to feed. I worked with Kay on creating the order and she was so friendly and accommodating. The order was ready right on time and K made sure that I understood exactly how she had packaged and organized it. We will definitely come back to this location and hope that Kay is there to provide such excellent customer service for us!

I’ve never been to such a welcoming and friendly Subway before!! Most of my experiences at Subway have been pleasant, but I would not say that they were anything special or particularly amazing….. but this one is great. It’s like a little hidden gem.
So this Subway is located in the back of the Market Square food court. I didnt know this place existed even though I’ve been to Arden Mall so many times before….there’s no signs outside so you wouldn’t know unless you’re familiar with the area or happen to wander there (which is what I did).
Well anyway, this Subway looks very upscale and modern compared to the other ones so I like that it’s pretty.
i dont know how to explain it, but I just felt like the workers here actually care about the customers which is nice and different. The girl who helped me asked if she gave me enough vegetables, which is was like…wow because she genuinely wanted to make sure that I was happy with my sandwich before she wrapped it up.
I think this will be my go to Subway in Sacramento from now on!

One of the few places left at this mall! Really friendly folks work here to get you the best sandwich. If you’re closeby for lunch, please support this business. It’s franchise owned so essentially like a small business.

Worst slowest service I have received at any subway franchise, Rachel was not on her A game 12/4/16. Burned the bread then she didn’t have enough meatballs on meatball day come on. Should of Went to the one off Bell and Arden or the one inside Wal-Mart.
