The worst Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever been to. I was there on a Sunday about 1 o’clock. The entire time I was there they had 15 customers in line throughout the time I was there. Rather than waiting and making the customers that are right there in front of them a priority evidently DoorDash orders had equal priority. So you could be waiting 15 to 20 minutes in line and if a DoorDash order came through well that might just get priority before you get to your place in line. I waited 20 to 25 minutes to get to the counter only to find out, they did not have chicken salad subs. And there were plenty of employees there, no fault of theirs. But the place is so mismanaged!!!! I will never go back to that Jersey Mike’s. Don’t waste your time there. If I could’ve given it a -5 I would have. So much for fast food. I’ve eaten at sit down restaurants that could serve you in half an hour…not have to wait 30 minutes to just take your order!!!!!

⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ Do not order curbside. Nearly got a ticket while waiting for my order. I pulled up & not even 2 minutes later a cop is knocking on my window. He tells me that I’m lucky he’s in a good mood or he’d be writing me a ticket for parking in a fire lane. I explain that I’m waiting for a curbside order & he says it doesn’t matter. The curb in front of Jersey Mike’s is marked as a fire lane & not designated as curbside pickup. The store needs to either create a designated space for curbside or simply stop offering it all together. No sandwich order is worth a $50-100 ticket.

I recently stopped at Jersey Mike’s for 2 subs on Friday 1 large Turkey and 1 small gluten free cold cut. I told the young man I have Celiac disease and he said he will make sure everything was clean. I noticed he washed his hands and changed his gloves and got a clean knife, after he put the meat on he handed my sub to another co worker to finish it! He didn’t change his gloves and put the same condiments that he used for regular subs. I’ve never had that happen before, needless to say I got very sick for 3 days it was horrible. Usely one person makes the sandwich. Please have your employees be aware of cross contaminations. I love Jersey Mike’s and definitely will come back but will pay more attention to the way they prepare things!

I did an online order and it said it would be ready at 8pm today. 6/14/24. Get to the location a few mins beforehand and the workers are playing around behind the counter while a couple of people were wanting for food. I asked one guy and he said he has been waiting 20mins for his order. A couple of the workers are just leaning up against the counter not doing anything. They are joking around and not working and almost knocked a giant sub on the ground. One worker is behind the counter sweeping and throwing trash all over the place behind the counter. The place was nasty also.
I finally got my order at 8:23pm. Almost 45mins to get my order.
The bread was hard on top and hardly any chicken or bacon. They didn’t use ranch but instead Mayo. This has to be the worst jersey mikes I have been to. Glad I don’t live in New Bern because I definitely won’t be back here.
I think I could have gotten a better sub from Walmart than here.

When you want to have a great sub this Jersey Mike’s is the place to go. Any mistakes I have ever had with an order they were corrected in a professional manner. The staff at the New Bern store will provide with outstanding service.

Prepare to take the afternoon off to wait for food here. About 8 young people working but they can’t seem to get orders out even when no one is there. Slow as molasses!!!!

I put my order in 2 hours before lunch time and I get there and my sub is still not been made. They tell me they will get back with me while they are steadily doing other customers before me. I will never go back here again I’ll give zero Stars if I could. And this is for the New Bern store.

The staff is friendly and welcoming. From the moment through the door until the food was made and paid for, the experience was super positive. This place smells wonderful, clean, and overall a place I will return for more.
I can’t say how nice it is to see the sandwich meat sliced right in front of me and how fresh the food is. The service and girls behind the counter were very kind and happy.

They have the best subs in town. The prices aren’t too bad and the service is fairly quick. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because of the one employee that works there that has a hard time listening and not making my sub the way I ask when I place my order. If I tell you at the beginning I want everything then that’s what I want. This happens every time I come in and she is preparing my order. Besides that I prefer them over subway.
