I witnessed a Door-Dasher get highly disrespected by an employee or management (not sure his position) but he was extremely rude and very loud ! Clapping his hand at the Door-Dashers saying disrespectful things when the Dasher left ! I am highly dissatisfied with the location ! Something has to be done !

Everytime I order hot honey dry rub seasoning it’s always mixed with Louisiana rub idk why when it’s specifically says dry rub then to make it bad I have to order the dry rub because it’s never enough on the wings they basically come naked just to mix it with a watered down version if y’all don’t get it right yall won’t have a restaurant soon look at these reviews and get it together

. I kept postponing my visit because of reviews. I decided to finally try it out myself and everything was smooth to me. I placed an online order- showed up during the time frame given. The cashier was not rude. The food was warm. I got the lemon pepper and the hot honey rub tenders. Everything tasted fine. I would revisit.

I placed an order online from my office at 1:13pm ona Friday. I got 10 wings (half lemon pepper and half garlic parm). I also got celery on the side. The total was $14.71. I rounded up and donated rest to wings charities.
The ETA for food being ready was 13-18 minutes. My office is 8 minutes away. I arrived around 1:27pm. They have a sign on the door for no public restroom, which I assume means for non customers but unclear because they have restrooms present that wasn’t blocked off or anything. I peeked in the restroom and it was clean for the most part.
I was told my food would be a few more minutes. I was somewhat surprised. It wasn’t busy at all. While waiting, I noticed they were training someone. It sounded like mistakes were being made too, which is normal. It did start to get a little busy while I waited.
I didn’t receive my food until 1:35pm. In the car, I checked my food. I noticed there was liquid in both of the wrappers I went back inside to ask because they both supposed to be dry rubs as I wanted carb free. I was told they Toss the wings in a homemade sauce before adding the seasoning for it to stick…. that’s not dry rub. lol. Secondly, it don’t look like it did any sticking. I asked about the sauce and they made it in-house. Essentially it was just butter and spices, according to them. They offered to remake it but if it took over 20 minutes to make this, I wouldn’t have the time to wait as I had to get back to work.
When I got back to the office to eat, the wings were fine but the seasoning were in the liquid, lol. But the lady said the sauce was supposed to make the seasoning stick . I also only had 4 lemon pepper wings. So yeah, they were slacking. I don’t think I’d return to this location in the future.

Ordered food online from Wing Stop in High point. After we pulled up we noticed trash scattered all over the parking lot. And all the Wingstop employees were standing outside smoking. I got out and went into the establishment and 2 of the employees followed me in. The guy asked me if I was picking up an order. I said yes. I saw my wings sitting on the shelf in back with my fries on top open. The guy went over and grabbed the food and put it in a bag. I asked him why was he touching food and he didn’t wash his hands from smoking outside. The employee immediately said I’m sorry we will make it right. At that point I was done. I made them give me my money back and went to the wingstop in kernersville. I will never go back to that wingstop in high point.

Stop in today around 2:31pm. It was no customers in the store besides my daughter and I . The guy at the register came off very rude and aggressive rushing us to make our order only to get the order wrong. Here it is 20mins later and due to him we still do not have our food. The manager was sitting right there watching all of this go on. There was no apology or anything for our time , his rudeness or the mistake he made.!!! Oh and it was the tall dark skin skinny guy looks about 50. Walking around with his pants sagging like he’s a teenager. Came in from smoking and went straight to the food area touching things without washing his hands!!! Just disgusting, PLEASE just go some place else.

No management at all at this location. They should close it until they find adequate management. People behind counter on phones, no one seems to know how to keep the orders in sequence. They gave me the wrong order completely. Child employee said that he could only give me more wings instead of a refund or attempting to give me the order I originally placed. I stood there until he figured it out. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
