I am writing to share a concern regarding a recent mobile order pickup experience at this Dunkin’ location.
I placed a paid mobile order more than 40 minutes in advance while traveling from Atlantic City for an important work event. The order included two dozen donuts and one Box of Joe. The advance order was intended to ensure the items would be ready upon arrival.
When I arrived to pick up the order, staff appeared unaware of it and informed me I would need to wait. I explained that the order had been placed well in advance, yet I was still required to wait an additional 30–35 minutes while the order was prepared on-site. During this time, the Box of Joe was made after my arrival, which ultimately caused me to be late for a time-sensitive professional community engagement in Hammonton in which the attendees were very concerned as to why the coffee and donuts were late.
While the manager did offer a complimentary apology and did not find a positive solution, the primary issue was not compensation but reliability, communication, and customer service. There was limited acknowledgment of the delay or impact, and the interaction could have been handled with greater professionalism and courtesy.
I frequently use Dunkin’ locations and typically have reliable pickup experiences. Unfortunately, this location did not meet those expectations, and I do not feel confident placing advance orders here in the future.
I hope this feedback can be used constructively to improve training, communication, and order fulfillment processes.

Hands down the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. 11/9 I went thru drive thru, placed my order and waited 17 mins in line to pay. At this point I was so late and irritated I didn’t even want the coffee. Then again I come today 11/11 figured I’d try inside. BIG mistake. The two people working were bickering back and forth, cursing, mad at the world for whatever reason. I was the only person in the store and it still took 15+ mins for a latte. There was a lady in drive thru upset about the wait (rightfully so cuz who has an extra 30 mins to hang out at Dunkin) and the 2 people inside were trash talking the customer for being upset. Hire more people if that’s what the problem is. And if you can’t than the manager/owner needs to step up. Nobody wants to pay $7 for a coffee with a side of rudeness and lateness. DO BETTER DUNKIN!

Absolutely the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been too, just waited over 30 mins in drive through and ordered a plain toasted bagel and 2 snakin bacons get home to find 2 pieces of bacon in the first bag and the second bag had completely uncooked bacon in it! I even tipped the miserable girl at the window I called the store and it rang and rang but no answer. Are y’all kidding me?!?

Out of the coffee I wanted. Out of sugar packets, and napkins. Only have 2 variety of doughnuts, trash in tables even though we were the only ones there for a good 15/20 mins with two workers.

This is my local DD but I drive past it because I’ve had multiple bad experiences here. When you go inside, you stand there and are ignored for a solid few minutes. At least acknowledge the customer and say “take a moment to look at the menu, we’ll be with you shortly”. You go to the drive through and its either wrapped around the building or you wiz through. But I never get my drink order correct. I always ask for my coffee to not have milk/cream in it and they are too busy to just get the order done, it always has milk/cream in it. The one time I actually was so annoyed I was inside and said “oh I didn’t want milk or cream in it”. The worker glared at me and asked “do you have your receipt to verify that?” I was like no I told them I didnt need the receipt. But I looked at the sticker on my cup and sure enough the cashier entered it right. Whoever made it rushed and didn’t read the sticker. This is by far one of the worst DD’s in the area and really needs a shake up and better customer service. Young kids who work there and no adults to show them a good example.

Went inside and waited 5 minutes to be waited on. There was 4 employees and they only cared about the drive-thru. The guy taking my order seemed annoyed and got my coffee wrong, (Md ice coffee with Butter pecan creamer) what i got was plain ice coffee with no special creamer. When he handed me my drink he filled it up with so much ice I couldn’t get the straw in. I’ll do drive thru if I’m feeling brave.

The man working today had great customer service and was so kind. I added a hot chocolate to the order after the fact and he got it done for me very quickly. Super friendly and sweet!

The service is the slowest I have experienced at any drive tru i have ever been to. The staff, when not rude are confused.
They took pride in saying they were sold out of product or that the machine was down at every one of my 5 visits. Corporate please do something

This has been multiple times now. Went there today and sat at the drive-thru speaker for 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged we were there. Finally comes on and says give me a minute. Will never come back to this place! Winslow Dunkin’ Donuts is all about customer service.
