Truly disappointed with the portion from this store. What is Chipotle without the big portion? The portion from this store seems to be getting smaller ansmd smaller, especially when you order the online pickup. Must everyone order in the store, watching to ensure the portion is at least adequate? Three of us opened the lid and found the food barely above the bowl. At least they gave all of us small but equal treatment. What a joke this store is becoming with this portion control.

So I ordered online and picked up my meal. Burrito bowl with double steak and nearly everything but when I opened it it only had one small scoop of steak no cheese no lettuce no salsa no corn. 0 stars if I could this location is a joke! Every time I come, I get meat in my bowl even though I’m vegetarian and only order sofritas. Cross contamination like crazy! Not to mention, every time I order a simple bowl here, it’s a disaster? Lol I’m actually confused as to how it ends up so wrong with this location. On one occasion, I ordered here 2 hours before they were scheduled to close and arrived to be told that they had no more sofritas so they packed my bowl with a bunch of random ingredients like how are you even open and operating if you don’t have the main ingredients? I sent in a pickup order for 8:30pm. I arrive at 8:33 and stand with the line of people queued up by the pickup station.
I just want to say that whoever was ha doing the pickup orders tonight did an amazing job in communicating yo the customers about any delays with the orders and making sure they had the best experience possible. Never before in a Chipotle has someone asked if there’s anything they can do while I wait, and never before has someone walked out the order to me in the main restaurant. Usually someone would just call me over to the pickup but this employee walked it out to me, apologized for the delay, and asked if there was anything they could have done to make the experience better.
So Chipotle, I hope you see this and find out who deserves the recognition because I was not expecting to find the shining star of customer service in a Chipotle at 8pm on a Friday night.

Unfortunately I cannot give zero stars food, atmosphere, and service.
I came before 10:30 pm and was happy that the restaurant was open till 11 pm.
I wasn’t expecting everything to be so dehydrated and old, including the peppers and onions.
Apparently the workers who grill or replace food left by 9 pm. The salsa and guacamole area looked sloppy and unkept and old so I decided not to get anything. I did ask for management info and was treated rudely by an assistant manager named Karen who asked me if I was going to eat or complain. So I decided to share my experience on Google. A very negative experience I might reiterate. In fact, I do advise that folks read reviews of restaurants before they go so they may prepare themselves for possible outcomes.
I should have read the reviews for this location and I would have seen that my experience was not unique. I myself will be paying more attention to Google Reviews when selecting a restaurants in the future.

Went out with my husband in our way home, food taste was good but food preparation and presentation isn’t the best at this location. Our guacamole in the bowls had the wholes avocados in it, mine even still had part of the seed. My husband for medical conditions can’t have any other meat than chicken, they said they were out of chicken after putting half of the portion on my husband’s bowl so I said to the lady it was okay if she could complete it with any other chicken flavor they had, she used the chicken pastor flavor ( less than half of the spoon because they didn’t even have this flavor). She lied on this because we could literally see the guy behind her cutting more chicken that he just took out of the grilled. Guy at the register wanted to charge us with the price as if we were having the whole amount of chicken pastor flavor in that bowl. Service needs to do better in this location for sure.

I got my food but the lady tried to give me little rice because it was near empty and didn’t go to refill it. It was the same with the tomato. They didn’t wrap my burrito right either… and I didn’t want to complain about it much because social anxiety and there was a line behind me
