This is an absolute rip off. I ordered a double, they gave me a single. And the single is the most pathetic looking burger I’ve ever seen. It’s like one of those tiny little Wendy’s junior cheeseburgers that comes from the 4 for $4 menu. Worse actually. This tastes like one of those terrible burgers from a school cafeteria.

Never again will I order food from ANY BurgerFi location. To call this “garbage” is insulting to garbage everywhere. Sincerely, this place is awful. They should be out of business. They’re just ripping off travelers.

Rodeo Burger. What is is supposed to have:
Charred jalapeños, Pepper Jack Cheese, Crispy Onions, BBQ Sauce.

Ordered the Rodeo burger with no cheese.

I got plain burgers with 5-6 raw sliced jalapenos, a measly smear of BBQ sauce and zero crispy onions… Oh wait! Taking the burger apart I found a genuinely stingy spot of crispy onions on the bottom.

Where’s the meat!!?? HUGE disappointment, especially for the price you pay. The tomato seemed bigger than the meat!! Would highly suggest skipping BurgerFI and go for shake shack which we found later heading towards our gate or even sit at the restaurant called “The Office” close by. We ended up eating again at Five Guys Burgers during our layover in Atlanta.

Well… I should have looked at the reviews before going here. In airports I rarely do that – lesson learned.

Expensive is one thing, but bad food and expensive is a non-starter. The burger was dry, overcooked, and just awful.

I would comment on the fries but at $8 I was not going to opt in.

The place is pretty and the photos on the menu are great – they really sucker you in. If only the food matched.

To top it off they give you a thick cardboard container for the burger that is a complete waste. Wrap it in paper/foil like every other place.

What a disappointment. I’ll check reviews before buying airport food from now on.

Visited in October 2025.
Had a double cheeseburger and fry & cry, which is a portion of fries and 3 onion rings. Food tasted nice, bit pricey at 24$ including tax and 15% tip.
My friend’s order was not registered correctly by a disinterested waiter. Took 2 visits to the counter but in the end he also got his 3 onion rings.
Not a lot of space to sit, we were lucky to claim a seat on the counter overlooking the terminal.

Normally I don’t leave reviews but my service was so well I just needed too give this sweet women her recognition , ivanna went above and beyond to make my dining experience memorable. She was attentive, courteous, and extremely informative. Although she was working both the kitchen and the front she still made me feel like I was the only customer in the restaurant & the burger recommendations she gave were great! speedy service great food, extremely attentive, definitely recommend!!! and if you go there, ask for ivanna she’s awesome! You’ll be well taken care of!!!

Location at EWR. Hands down worst burger I’ve ever had. Overcooked tasteless and on a bun cold to touch. Fries were bland and soggy. Yucky all around except staff who were very polite.

No one should have really high expectations of airport food to begin with. But at a whopping $19 for a standard single burger and plain fries you would at least expect something decent tasting. This however, is not that place. I only came here since it was more of the cheaper food place on this side of the airport and a burger sounded nice. Burger prices aren’t the worst at all but $8 fries that aren’t really good is actually mind boggling.
As for the food taste itself? I probably won’t go too deep into it. It genuinely tastes EXACTLY like my elementary/middle school cafeteria burger and fries which is actually an uncanny but impressive feat in itself. A great reminder to my childhood.
Overall, I probably wouldn’t recommend this place. Unless you’re desperate or lazy to move elsewhere, spare your money and taste buds and just go buy that $8 sandwich across the lane.

Burger $14 fries $8 drink $3.
I know it’s airport food, but it is ridiculous asking so much for the crappy quality.
I asked with no cheese since I am allergic, and this is what I got a dry burger.

This restaurant is inside the airport so I believe one should have a boarding ticket to go and buy in here.

The best vegie burger I had so far. Totally recommend it.
