Best Pho place in Taichung. It is very similar to the pho in the US. We missed this flavored Pho a lot, and finally found the place for it. Their spring rolls are very tasty too!

Best Pho in town! I found this place by smelling the fragrant broth down the street. I followed my nose and found this little gem. High quality ingredients, mixed with time and care makes this a no brainier. If you like soup, noodles and meat, you have to go. It’s not a hole in the wall kind of place, so be prepared to spend a little more, but it’s definitely worth it. You’re getting top shelf beef, and a broth that cooked for half a day. Lush!

Saw this trendy place packed with people and decided to try it on a quieter night. Found it peculiar that it’s advertised as American-style pho. Well, the one thing that is very American is the price. Yowza.
Simple menu with only chicken or beef pho and fresh spring rolls. The taste is not terrible, but also not that memorable. The garnishes given is definitely American style rather than Vietnamese (tiny portion). Certainly not worth the price tag. Overall I was rather disappointed.
