We went in for blizzards and they were great.,We went in to order an ice cream cake for a child’s birthday. They had the perfect cake in the perfect size. We just told them what to write on the cake and they did it immediately. They were super fast and polite. We left happy.

Great family owned and operated Dairy Queen. Received top notch personal service, even brought my food out to my table after it was prepared. Fresh, excellent tasting food. If your just passing through or live and work in the area, I highly recommend this location. Fast easy in and out right next to interstate 71 on RT18 (Medina Road). Thanks DQ for a wonderful meal and friendly service.

Let them know and they replaced it. ASAP. But forgot my ice cream and had to go get let them know. She brought it to the table.

The food was placed in both boxes. The chicken and the fries and the onion rings were all placed very nice . Any other dairy Queens just throw the food in the boxes this one gets a 5 star ✨⭐ 🙂

This was the absolute worst experience at a restaurant that I have ever had. I ordered a meal on the app for pickup. When I arrived at the store I stood at the Mobile Order Pick Up sign for approximately 20 minutes and was flat out ignored. Even though the staff looked at me and handed out orders next to where I was standing no one would say a word to me. After about 20 minutes I moved to the regular order line and finally someone came up and asked if they could help me. I stated that I was picking up a mobile order and that was why I was standing by that sign. The young lady who spoke to me then spoke to an older gentleman who I guess was the manager. He was asking my name went and looked some, then came back and asked me what I ordered. He then went back to the kitchen and looked some more and yelled “Is there an order for McNeil back here!” So either they didn’t prepare the order or lost it. No apologies, no nothing. After about another 10 minutes I was so frustrated that I just left. So I received horrible service, didn’t get my food, and I’m out almost $23. I won’t go there again.

Yesterday I stopped at this location and ordered some pretzel sticks with Queso sauce and this is what I received I was very disappointed! I’ve never had Queso sauce served like this and it went straight into the trash. Look how thick this is!!!!
