We had a great stop by Sweetsies on the Washington County Ice Cream Trail. We tried the soft serve and weren’t thrilled with the texture, but then we tried the hand dipped ice cream and it was delicious. The Cherry Vanilla was especially tasty with cut pieces of maraschino cherries inside!
Out front there were nice rocking seats we enjoyed sitting in while eating the ice cream.

I have had many different menu items from here. Today we had the roast beef dinner. It also came with a roll, butter, and cake. It’s was great. It’s been forever since I ate white corn. So tasty. It is a great place to come for lunch or dinner, especially on a summer evening. Bring the family and Fido too.

One of our favorite ice cream shops around. The ice cream is delicious and very reasonably priced with extremely generous portions. We especially love kids dirt cups and ice cream cupcakes. The ice cream cupcakes are just like a portion of an ice cream cake which is awesome for in between your birthday. They also have other food that is super yummy. The subs and hotdogs are great. The customer service is always awesome!!

Watched the one employee spraying glass cleaner on top of the slide top freezers where the hand dipped ice cream is. Then the next time we went we watched the employee sticking her bare hand into the gummy worms and was just eating them. Nice kids that work there I just think they need some better training and supervision

My wife and I stopped in and both got hot fudge brownie sundaes, which were actually pretty good. Unfortunately, the mushroom and swiss sub was a major letdown. The ground beef patties were raw in spots, and the parts that were cooked were grey and completely unseasoned. The mushrooms tasted like they came straight from a can and hadn’t been cooked at all. To make matters worse, the sandwich had a faint chemical taste—almost like pine cleaner. After just a couple of bites, we both ended up throwing it away. Disappointing experience overall, especially considering how solid the dessert was.
