I stopped in for dinner at Cedar Haus recently and had a really enjoyable experience! The food was great and the menu had several interesting options. I also found the cocktail selection to be very impressive and appreciated the bartenders recommendations. I will definitely be coming back next time I’m in Gladwin!

We dicided to try Cedar Haus in Gladwin today. We ordered a BLT Pizza that was made different then most places. They use real mayo so that was a first for us. We also ordered the Fried Forager the fried green tomatoes, fried green beans, onion rings and sweet corn nuggets were good. When it came to the deep fried mushrooms I have never seen them so large they did not taste good. Then the Mac n Cheese was made from a box. Not impressed and will bypass this place next time. Too many surprises on the first visit. Suggesting you use smaller mushrooms, Miracle Whip on the BLT pizza and i form people of box mac n cheese.

The Cedar Haus is a wonderful work in process. The new owners have cleaned and brightened up this bar restaurant and breathed an amazing new life into it! The food is amazing and very reasonably priced! Cannot wait to try their pizza. And what is not to love when the owners are there making sure that everything us done right and that the customers are happy. And did I say that the food is delicious?

The place is looking so much brighter and there are so many wonderful things going on here. I absolutely love the Frosted glasses, so classy! Got to say the chips are way better than the fries but apparently they’re only a special thing. The food was overall awesome and the atmosphere was lovely. Glad to see it in good hands

Such a great place to hang out! Definitely worth the trip from Midland or the surrounding areas. The pizza is amazing (the sauce and dough are made from scratch, in-house), and the drink menu is incredible! I was so impressed with the high-end ingredients and creative combinations. We also had the cheese curd appetizer and they were perfectly crispy without being greasy. This would be a great place to go for dinner with the kids or drinks with friends. They were really busy when we went, but the staff was still super friendly and efficient. Highly recommended!

We just ordered pizza and it was very good. Decent menu. Was expecting with the new ownership that there would have been some changes in the decor. Carpet is still dirty and old, dark and gloomy inside. Tables and chairs are the same.

I’d love to tell you about the food here, but the service was so bad that I can’t. We came in on a Thursday night, ordered and received two diet pops, then watched the waitress hit every other table in the place, some multiple times, without ever coming back to our table. The table next to us got two rounds of drinks. One table even ordered and got food while we waited. We sat there for almost a half hour, and finally just walked out. Never going back there!

The cheese curds tasted off. The pizza crust was good, but The ham they use tasted weird. The fried green beans were good, but the southwest sauce they have was not. Would have preferred a spicy ranch. The cheese bread was really tasty that was by far my favorite thing. Was a little pricy but we would be willing to try it again.
