It is the most beautiful place. I do not like outside food or fast food, but I can eat this all day long without getting bored of it. It is my favorite. I love it very much. I rate it 10000/100. Best chicken tenders ever! They are never over breaded, just the right amount and always fresh. The bread & service is also excellent. We drive all the way from Old Hickory to get this delicious meal.
A couple of cons were a few tables needed wiped down, the bathroom sink wasn’t working in one restroom and the other restroom door needs adjustment to ease difficulties in opening it.

Cashier wasn’t the most friendly person. No smile at all. Chicken was no flavor at all. Lot more better chicken places I have eaten. Everything was hot and fresh. 40 cent for a sauce? As well the other chicken restaurants give extra sauce free with meal. I would only return again if I was with someone and they wanted to go otherwise it wouldn’t be my first choice

Great staff. The chicken is good. The sauce is the best part. The chicken could use some seasoning but if you prefer no spice then it’s fantastic. My daughter loved it. The staff was very friendly. You’ll spend about $15 a person. I’ll be back, overall it was great.

This was my 1st time, but definitely not my last! This was the best, freshest, hot and tender chicken I’ve ever had! And the sauce I’ve seen so much about stood up to the hype. I highly recommend trying Raising Canes!

If I could give 0 stars I would. My chicken was burnt along with the smell of burnt. I went in to replace my food and the manger looked at me as if I was crazy. I looked straight in his face and told him to smell for yourself. They remade my 3 plates. I gets home and my chicken is half done with the taste of rawness. I am furious I spent a lot of money for 3 plates to get this bad of service. Stay away from this location. The Smyrna location is way better

First time I’ve been to canes in nearly a decade and it wasn’t the excellent piping hot food that blew me away, it was Debbie! From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, Debbie had a smile on her face and a kind and loving attitude for everyone, customer or coworker alike. The kind energy that she expressed today was a warm and welcoming presence to my rainy and cold day. People like her create regulars like us!

I’ve been here several times and the food is only okay. Not up to $aising Cane’s standards. Cane’s fries are not cooked long enough and you have to ask them to double fry the and they have never come out any different than normal. Staff was extremely rude and when asked to talk to manager, manager laughed when I pointed out order taker was rude. Will not be going back to this location. Cane’s in general is too expensive and so many other options. This would never happen CFA or In N Out.

It’s cool seeing the company give opportunities to the youth but overall the food was horrible! Chicken had no flavor and fries was dry like paper! The only thing that was tasty was the bread and thats being honest! Very disappointed especially all the hype surrounding the new location!
