I’m highly upset. Not only did my order sit at the store for over a hour waiting to be delivered (I even called to see what was going on) , it was HAIR on. my damn pizza (and I took a bite of the slice it was in )!!
ON TOP of the food being cold! I’m pissed, disgusted and lost my appetite! Ive always ordered from here so I’m not sure what happened, but tonight was a nightmare!

I placed an order at 2:00 PM to be delivered at 7:15 PM so dinner would be on time for my kids. We’re in Michigan, it’s freezing, and I was trying to be proactive so I wouldn’t have to take them out in the cold.
At 6:45 PM, I received a notification that the driver was on the way. The driver arrived exactly at 7:15 PM, but he only had one pizza, and it wasn’t even what I ordered. My order included a pizza, cheesy bread, and a 2-liter soda. He told me, “Oh man, I think I gave someone else your order. I’ll go back to the store, have them remake it, and bring it right back.”
Shortly after, the app showed my order as delivered, which prompted me to call the store at 7:25 PM. I was told the driver would be coming back, so I waited. 8:00 PM came and went, no driver, no food, no update.
When I called again, the employee who answered was rude, snippy, and dismissive. He wouldn’t let me speak, told me there was “no reason” to speak to a manager, and even told me to “fix my attitude” when I was simply frustrated and trying to understand why no one had returned with my order. At 8:05 PM, he said they could now remake the food, which made no sense since I was already told at 7:15 that it was being remade.
I finally spoke to the manager, who was the only pleasant and professional person throughout this entire situation. He apologized, clarified the confusion (the driver did not give me any pizza at all), canceled the order, and issued a refund. He also offered a credit for a future order, which I do appreciate.
However, this experience should never have gotten to this point. The delivery driver dropped the ball, and the initial phone representative’s attitude and lack of customer service were unacceptable. If I hadn’t insisted on speaking to the manager, I would have been left with no food and no resolution.
I order pizza almost every week, and I honestly can’t believe this happened. One star only because the manager handled it professionally in the end.

I ordered this specialty pizza two times in a row. Both times the pizza was perfect. I ordered the New York style crust and the feta pizza with spinach. It has an Alfredo white sauce… I got extra and I added chicken to it. Great job! I also love the tracking that they use to see the progression of the pizza.

From ordering and delivery and speaking with someone at the location, the service was absolutely excellent. It was so good. I called the employee that I spoke with and told her that it was so delicious and that we ate the box. I made the mistake in order the Small and want to change it to a large, but the order was already on its way. I was 100% wrong and ordered the wrong size. It was still delicious. Keep up the good work.

This weekend on 10-05-25 I visited this location after placing an online order. I took advantage of the $9.99 special with up to 6 toppings, I ordered 2 pizzas. After submitting my order, I called and spoke with a young lady around 9pm, to confirm my order and to ensure my pizzas had the double meat that I asked for. To my surprise I get to the store to pick up my order and it was not extra meat. I was met by Joshua Leal, who informed me he weighed the pizza, I then explained I had a previous experience where my pizza was not correct and that was the purpose of me calling in ahead. He basically refused to make the pizza the way I asked, I offered to pay more for the additional meat and he still refused and did nothing to accommodate me even though I’ve been a loyal customer of Dominoes for years. This is totally unacceptable and as a faithful pizza lover, this is definitely going to damage my relationship with dominos with that type of manager who has no resolution skills for their customers. I will be writing a BBB complaint as well!

I placed an order at 7PM and it wasn’t delivered until 8:45PM. When it was finally delivered the order was wrong, the box was smashed, the pizza was cold, the wings tasted like the bagged kind purchased from Krogers and they even got the drink wrong! Won’t be going here again!

Save yourself the headache and drive a couple more miles to another location! I get upset everytime I order from here out of convenience. This is what I received after paying for extra cheese and extra toppings. There is barely cheese or sauce let alone extra anything. I was put on hold for 15 minutes when the store is empty. Trying to gaslight me that there was extra was actually insane. (I fiddled with the one piece to see if my eyes were being deceitful). Then Myles answering and having an attitude “What seems to be the issue”, No hi or hello because I called to figure out how I obtain my credit was even more crazy.

do NOT order delivery from here- I’ve ordered exactly 8 times in the past several months and each time I’ve ordered multiple SAUCE condiments (which they GLADLY charge my credit card for) but NEVER delivered (not even one FREAKING sauce which I paid for!!!!!)
