I use the drive thru and almost every time I use it I am in the drive thru not moving for at least 1 to 2 minutes and when cars do start moving I’m still in the drive thru at least 5 mins or longer. It’s not long either but the cars at the window are so slow to receive their orders. My drink has been wrong twice. Then today they tried to over charge me. I go there because it’s on my way to work but I will not be going back to this location. I’d rather go out of my way to the one on shelbyville road. I’m not one to complain but it’s getting frustrating after it happens over and over.

Really friendly barista and spacious cafe! I ordered a cortado which was not on the menu…a bit lighter than what I’m used to… definitely more higher milk to espresso ratio.
The cafe is quiet. Lots of comfortable seating as evident by the number of students here studying.

Coffee tasted like flavored water. The biscuit sandwiches were good and a very different take, a tad bit over cooked but still very good. The morning bun was very good. The Place was super clean and the staff was really friendly. Would go back for the food but not the coffee!

I really like the way that this Cafe is set-up and it definitely has a very relaxing vibe. Moreso than your average coffee chain Cafe. Everything here is super comfortable, from the tables and comfortable chairs, to the relaxing music that is at a reasonable volume. For those reasons, this Cafe has be one my number one destination to come and do work, during the time that I’m here in Louisville. I came in at around 1w noon and even then there were 4 or 5 customers doing work on their laptops. There were at least employees that I saw working behind the counter, so ordering my drink was fast and painless. I ordered the large Creamy Vanilla Cold Brew Coffee. Additionally, I got the lueberry muffin to mun on. For the times that I e been here, its always been a chill and good esperience.

I haven’t been to this coffee shop before but in all other coffee shops when you place your order and the order is ready, they call your name. My date and I placed our order and sat within distance of the counter, waiting for a name to be called. We saw the workers there helping others looking over at us, but never heard anything. I get up to go check out the other room and notice our order has been sitting on the counter the whole time. Mine was a frozen one, so it was halfway melted. Not once when I was there and they looked over to us did they say your beverages are ready. When I said something to someone, they said oh my shift just started. As far as atmosphere, very sterile and very loud music.
This was 1:30 in the afternoon, so not a peak time. This was his first experience at a coffee shop in Louisville is very disappointing.

The quality and smells of their organic coffee make all new visitors to fall in love; plus amazing variety of muffins, teas, bagels, wraps and smoothly plus their outdoor tables and views make this place unique for a date with friends or with yourself to sit-enjot and read your favorite book or newspaper…maybe I just will add more wraps or salry crepes options in their menu with some features and/or spinach, cheese , peppers & tomato

The barista was very nice and the coffee she made was on point; however, it was closing time shortly after, unbeknownst to our group, and the closing person yelled from the cash register “you have to go. We are closing and we need to lock the door”. We quickly wrapped up our conversation over the next 2-3 minutes and she yelled out again “no seriously you have to leave now”. Very poor customer service. She could have easily said “hey there. Five minute heads up that we will be closing if you wouldn’t mind to wrap things up”. Her approach was deplorable. Would NOT recommend this site,
