Got the 12 tacos and was highly disappointed the shells were old, the meat didn’t taste fresh and the lettuce was wilted. About the only thing that was fresh was cheese. The girl who took our order was a little lost in her job. The young lady who bought our food to the counter and tossed it like she was throwing trash out. Highly dissatisfied.

First of all,the girl at the drive thru window was rude and pushy. Second the nacho fries were so old they were like chewing on gummy worms. Well that is what little fries were actually in the box most of it was crumbs that looked like they scraped the bottom of the fry holder. I’m very disappointed in this establishment. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.

Very rude drive thru worker who basically just threw my food at me. The burritos look like they were put together by a two year old. Just a mess. I agree with the rest, the owners of this location need to really get it together. No wonder there’s never a line here.

I was in the drive through today. I thought I would give this location another shot. I was ordering my food and asked if I could get ranch and she said no they can’t sell me ranch packet. I got out of the line after she was very rude and disrespectful to me. As I drove by leaving the drive thru she opened her window laughing and waving me good bye. So disappointed and disrespectful. Whoever owns and operates this location does not do a good job hiring good people that have good customer service. (BEWARE!!!!!!) worst taco bell in North Alabama.

First off the low star reviews are a lie this place is amazing. Second off its taco bell they dont sell ranch packets. Their customer service is amazing and they answer the phone when you call. There food is all ways fresh hot and amazing. If you dont go to this taco bell you missing out, and no I dont work there I just love that there is still one fast food place in muscle shoals that actually cares about what they do and their customers. Also when the cheesey cheddar catina chicken chalupas come back im buying all of them.

This was my first time at this location. They charged me extra for sour cream but then got my order wrong and they had to remake it. I waited several minutes while they made it. 5 minutes have gone by and they forgot to remake it. I went to get tea and they didn’t have it labeled. I asked the manager and they said we don’t have them labeled… They still don’t label the sweet or unsweetened tea. The tables were so dirty and floor was so filthy. I’m reporting them to the health department. Beware do not eat at this new Taco Bell. They need to get there crap together. I won’t ever be back. Very nasty place! They do not clean the table or lobby. Also, they were playing and laughing about an order in the drive thru talking bad about a customer which is very unprofessional. The guy up front working the cashier was on his cell phone texting up front. Won’t be back to many bad things happened for just the first time.

I have been to a lot of taco bells throughout the states and this one is one of the best I have ever been to. Everyone was super friendly and easy going. Food was exactly as ordered and quick. Finally glad to say I found a taco bell that’s worth it.
